The service was excellent, and I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, even though it was brief. The front desk staff were very accommodating and well-trained. They even recommended activities in the surrounding area and were incredibly helpful with navigation. I couldn’t take any pictures of the hotel room, but the rooms are exactly the same as shown on the website. I absolutely loved their Christmas decorations—it felt just like home!

Hotel is very clean and super cozy .. would love to staycay here again. But the only problem is the tv sound feedback & some light flickering in the toilet (sometimes) but stopped after I settle down myself

Will book these hotel next year nov if have good price for us..i have big event ..lion club in Chinatown too..many guest will be coming to singapore

Asked for non-double decked bed but still got it. There is no space under the bed (just sealed off with black walls) so not sure what is the purpose of double-decked. The stairs to climb the bed are so cold. No toothpaste or slippers provided. Also don’t like the usage of App as door key, need to bring phone to toilet or shower.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at A Hotel Bugis located at 23 Middle Road, Singapore. Overall, my experience was convenient and satisfactory, especially considering the affordability of the hotel. The location of the hotel is highly convenient, offering easy access to nearby attractions and public transport. The simplicity of the hotel is evident in its straightforward amenities and services, which, while not particularly luxurious, meet basic needs effectively. While the hotel may not boast the highest level of decorum or sophistication, it certainly provides value for money. If you are looking for a budget-friendly option in a central location, A Hotel Bugis is worth considering.

The location of New Cape Inn is a stone throw away (less than 5 mins) from Havelock MRT Station, that is very convenience for us to take public transport to wherever we wanted to go. This hotel is also surrounded by numerous restaurants and food centres where we can easily have our meals (one of them is the famous Tiong Bahru Market) at any time. All the hotel staff (front desk & cleaners) whom we had encountered during our stay are very friendly and polite, and they will try their best to help us with our requests. Nonetheless, room making is scheduled on alternate days. It would be good if we can have our room cleaned up on a daily basis. Facilities wise, the water pressure is rather small and it took us a much longer time to bath. Hope the water pressure can be re-adjusted. To be fair, the hotel staff did offer us an alternate room but we turned it down. The resolution of the TV images inside the room is very poor, and the TV programs are hardly can be watched clearly.

I just had a problem checking in as the self check in is not working. But the customer service is very attentive and accommodating. She guided me all the way and been a very big help. I also encountered a toilet bowl with stain, the previous user did not clean it. But the rest is clean. They do not serve food so I was given a voucher as my booking has food inclusion.

Fast check in, room is clean.Staffs were polite and good service. Take a bus either way very near to reach Vivo city and chinatown
