I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Hyatt Singapore, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Orchard Road, making it convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring the vibrant city. Upon arrival, I was impressed by the modern and elegant lobby, which set the tone for my stay. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with friendly staff who were eager to assist. My room was spacious and beautifully appointed, featuring a comfortable bed, a well-equipped work area, and a luxurious bathroom with high-quality amenities. The view from my window was a delightful bonus, overlooking the lush gardens. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's dining options. The breakfast buffet was a feast, offering a wide array of international cuisines. I also enjoyed dinner at the specialty restaurant, where the food was both innovative and delicious. The hotel’s facilities, including the pool and fitness center, were well-maintained and provided a great way to relax and unwind. So good! I come here before the place in the past were a bit old for the furniture but cleanliness wise is great, today i come back, it become excellent! The service not to mention fantastic. Staff is kind enough to serve you from door to lift and even care about which room you staying to serve you the best. I really like here so much. I really really have to praise THE SUPER CLEAN BEDSHEET AND ORDOURLESS PILLOW WHICH I AM SUPER IMPRESSED. THOUGH THE ROOM AND HOTEL IS QUITE AGED FROM MY VIEW OF POINT HOWEVER THEY MAINTAIN A SUPER CLEAN BED AND QUILT COVER, MATTRESS FROM MY EXPERIENCE. THIS HOTEL IS CLEAN, VINTAGE VIBE DESIGN, VERY TRADITIONAL VIBE VINTAGE HOTEL BUT CLASSY AND SUPER CLEAN. REALLY LOVE THIS PLACE ALOT, THE SERVICE EXCELLENT. VERY THOUGHTFUL FOE THE GUEST.

A lot of surprises, the service attitude is super good, I don't understand why the score is only 4.2 points. As soon as I got off the taxi, a staff member came to ask if it was a guest. The answer was yes, a few staff members came to help carry the luggage. The equipment in the room is not clear how to use it, and a staff member came to deal with it immediately. The cleaning of the room is super clean, it is not an exaggeration to describe it as spotless. The feeling of living in an apartment is different from a hotel. There is a washing machine, you can do laundry, there is an induction cooker, you can cook your own food, and there is a refrigerator, everything is there, the room is large and fully equipped, it is really at home. Shopping is convenient. The pictures on the Internet are not as good as the actual rooms. It is recommended that you do your homework on the pictures. In short, if I live in Meimei, I will choose their apartment next time I go uphill. By the way, praise our Ctrip customer service MM, and repeatedly helped me to coordinate and communicate with the hotel for the request I provided, and the service attitude is also very good.

About service: At first I thought it was a homestay, but in fact the room was cleaned every day. About the room: There were 4 of us, and we originally wanted to book two rooms, but we were afraid that the two rooms were too far apart. The connecting room and family room were expensive and the room was too small. This two-bedroom apartment perfectly solved this problem. It has 94 square meters of two bedrooms, one living room, two bathrooms and one kitchen. The master bedroom has a 1.8-meter double bed, a super large wardrobe, a dressing table, two floor-to-ceiling windows, and a large bathroom (sink, toilet, bathtub, separate shower room). The second bedroom has two single beds + wardrobe. The aisle is a locker and the second bathroom (sink, toilet, separate shower room). The living room is very large, with a sofa, a TV, a 4-person dining table, two floor-to-ceiling windows, and a balcony that can be walked out. The kitchen can be used for cooking, with complete home appliances, and a place for drying clothes. My mother hates my father's snoring, so we put the mattress in the living room at night, and it became three bedrooms. We restored it in the morning to avoid trouble for others. 3. About comfort: Although my room is next to the elevator, I can't hear any noise. Both bedrooms are facing the street, and the street is also very quiet. The softness and hardness of the bed and the height of the pillow are very comfortable. The best thing is the design of the central air-conditioning. You can't feel the wind at all, and you can't hear any sound of the air-conditioning, but the room is very cool, unlike some hotels, where the air-conditioning is either blowing on the feet or the head, and even blowing the whole bed. The room is clean, without insects, mosquitoes, cockroaches. The hotel has a swimming pool and the overall environment is good. 4. About location: There are 711 and roadside snacks around. The Little Swallow Tomato Hotpot at Clarke Quay is highly recommended. It is also very close to other attractions, but we have two elderly people and a child who can't walk very well. We all take Grab taxis. There are many cars nearby and the speed is very fast. The cost of taking a taxi is two or three hundred yuan a day, which is cheaper than chartering a car. You can also go back to the hotel for a nap at noon.

Big room, amazing kids pool. They provide free shuttle bus to Yishun MRT. Provide washing machine a d dryer too. There are shops and restaurants near. Overall, very nice experience there, definitely will come back to stay there again.

Overall, it was a good stay. To begin with, the location was perfect. Since it is located in Chinatown, you can easily go somewhere and get back to the hotel. In addition, the staff members at the hotel were friendly and easy to talk to. On the other hand, I experienced two negative things during my stay. One is that the hotel first let me stay in a room with no windows. Of course, you've got no sunlight coming in, and it smelled stinky. I was supposed to book a room with windows, though... However, I could change my room with windows after talking about it to the hotel. The other is that they don't have a laundry service. On trip.com, they say that this hotel has a laundry service, and that's one of the reasons why I booked this hotel. However, the staff members of the hotel told me that they didn't have it, instead, they told me to use the coin laundry across the street. For that, I ended up washing my clothes in the bathtub after getting back from my trip on the day. What I realized was that it's good if you only seek sleep. Other than that, you might not be able to expect too much. Keep in mind that the staff members are incredible and nice!

On my 2nd day, the place seems a lot better. The bus stop right in front of the hotel is a great comfort specially if coming from a long walk. The water dispenser helps ave a lot of money considering buying a bottled water is really expensive. Having a refillable bottle also helps. Coffee and tea making facilities in the room. Great water pressure. A long good shower is needed after a whole day outside the Singapore weather. Some places to visit are a good walk away. Hong Lim Park nearby. Train stations are about 8-10 minutes away.

Second time in this hotel. Acceptable walking distance to Bugis area. Good water pressure. Only downside is induction cooker can only operate maximum 1h on the highest heat. Feel that can’t even stir-fry things properly if it is not on high heat.
