Designed with a vibrant, youthful vibe, this co-living space combines modern amenities with a community-oriented atmosphere. Location: The hotel is strategically located in the heart of Singapore, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. It’s close to public transportation, cafes, restaurants, and iconic attractions, ensuring convenience throughout your stay. Ambiance and Design: The interiors are chic, with colorful and creative decor that immediately feels welcoming. The communal spaces, like the lounge and shared kitchen, encourage interaction among guests, making it perfect for solo travelers or those wanting to network. Rooms: The rooms are compact but thoughtfully designed, with clever use of space. My room was spotless, featuring a comfortable bed, ample storage, and a sleek bathroom. While minimalist, it had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Amenities: The facilities are excellent. The gym, co-working spaces, and laundry facilities are modern and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the communal kitchen, where guests could cook, dine, and meet other travelers. Service: The staff were friendly and approachable, always ready to help with recommendations or resolve any issues. Their enthusiasm added a personal touch to my stay. Value for Money: Considering its prime location, amenities, and overall experience, lyf Singapore offers great value. I had a wonderful stay at the Royal Queen Hotel! The location is absolutely perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions, dining options, and public transportation. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was attentive and friendly. It’s a great choice for anyone looking for convenience and quality during their stay in Singapore. Highly recommended!

Very spacious room with both a shower stall and a bathtub. Added bonus that there is filtered drinking water available directly in the room. Service was generally good as well - had a faulty minibar fridge which was replaced quite quickly by maintenance staff. Based on the cleanliness, room comfort and location of the hotel to many restaurants and a big mall (Great World City) nearby, would definitely recommend.

The hotel's location was very convenient for attending the Seventeen K-Pop concert at the stadium. The MRT station was nearby, making it easy to travel to and from the venue.

Positives: The pool was quite big, and the jacuzzi was nice. The location was also quite good as the hotel is a short walk to the Singapore River (the view at night is amazing, and there are a lot of expensive eating options). The breakfast was really yummy 😋 The room was also quite nice, and the television was a bit blurry but had a lot of channels :) Negatives: the room bath area had a nest of insects. The service was also very slow, I had to remind them 3 times to set up the sofa bed. They also accidentally gave a guest my room card, so the guest suddenly entered my room :(

First time trying their executive club room with the club benefits. But was alittle disappointed with the person who served us during the check in. He did not mentioned to us what was included in our package like what time is the breakfast, the place for the breakfast and also the timing for the evening cocktail. This need to be improved to provide guests the information needed else they will not know and might missed the evening cocktail. The room was big but abit old and there is no “do not disturb” button. But luckily the staff from club lounge iskandar was very friendly and sociable. He will come and chat with us. He also told us the breakfast place is at level 3. The food selection was okay just that the food was alittle cold and they actually serviced beer on tap and black label! Overall still a pleasant experience.

I had an exceptional stay at Royal Plaza. The staff were welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with all modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the quiet environment ensured a restful sleep. The location was perfect—close to key attractions but still felt peaceful. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking quality, comfort, and excellent service!

I want to sincerely thank Ping Ping at Marina Bay Sands for making our anniversary truly special. Her warm and attentive service during check-in set the tone for a memorable stay. She went above and beyond by providing detailed directions to Chijmes and other attractions, which made our experience even better. Thanks to her, we were able to enjoy our anniversary without any worries. Ping Ping’s exceptional service is a big reason why our stay was so wonderful!

The location is far from the train, but the bus stop is close and you can walk to Bugis. The rooms are in the basement, with no windows and thin walls. You can hear everything: guests coming home at night, people talking in the hallway, doors opening, conversations in the room, the sound of the hair dryer, etc. It is a very hard environment for those who want to sleep quietly. Also, a plastic comb that I had used for about four years, which had been propped up in a cup with my toothbrush, was thrown away when I cleaned the room. It was tattered and cheap, but I had used it for a long time, and I knew it was wrong to throw away a guest's personal belongings without permission. I was very shocked... The staff was nice, friendly and helpful.
