The hotel location is good (just a few minutes walk to Lau Ba sha food center, and China Town). You can easily get to Marina Bay Sands, Quay, shopping mall, etc. by a few minutes grab drive. They also have self service laundry. Overall, it’s a good place to stay with acceptable price.

Disappointing. Reached the hotel around 315PM, there was a long queue for check-in, waited till 410PM before I was served for check-in. Waiting one hour in queue just to check-in was really a shocker to me for a 5 star hotel standard and please do not place an intern in charge of the queue if they have to go back and forth to check with the Duty Managers for every enquiry they encounter. It just makes the wait even more unpleasant. Hotel is clearly short-handed and staff were pushing for guests to accept twin beds room because the king beds are not ready. I am usually okay with it but this hotel charges more for the king beds even though it's the same tier as the twin beds so I don't think this is acceptable and insisted on a king bed. Witnessed two guests lodging a complaint during my stay which explains the hospitality level of this hotel. Trip Diamond members are offered a platter of fruits as stated in the booking but there were none in the room. Had to request it from the room service and came back to just two apples served on a plate. The elderly staffs at the concierge are friendly but FOH and the rest can do better. Staffs will walk past you without a nod or a smile which is shocking for a 5 star hotel/resort. Had a reservation for the Vday buffet and the food selection was mediocre and the crabs were mushy. Price of the buffet did not justify the selection, Westin's Seasonal Tastes is a better option at a lower price. The hot water for the shower did not work on check-out day and we had to shower in the cold water. Minibar only provided 2 Nescafé capsules and some TWG tea, the fridge was empty with no other beverages or snacks available. Bed was amazing and comfortable but the bathtub can be upkeep better. Fish spa was fun but you can see mosquitos breeding on the water surface. Pool area was filled with children so couples might want to reconsider. Was given a later check-out timing upon request which was a nice gesture. Overall experience was a shocking disappointment as I expected a better experience just like other 5 star hotels. So glad that I did not pay the original price for this stay and got a last minute deal with breakfast included. Else, this will be a 0 star experience.

Booked a staycation for birthday celebration and made some requests months ago prior to the stay. Service was excellent from check-in all the way to the club lounge. Special thanks to the crew for accommodating my requests. Room was spacious and clean. A little weird that there was no decorations unlike my previous stay at other hotels. The room was well renovated with state of the art functions. A pity that the TV does not have Chromecast feature. When we returned to the room after the evening cocktail, we were surprised to see a complimentary birthday cake in the living room. One thing to note is that the bathroom is a tad small and cramped. As for the executive lounge, the variety of food is not as wide as the other Conrad. However, the quality of the food makes up for it. We love the seafood soup and pasta. As always, such a delight to see JW Black Label whisky being offered. Breakfast wise was similar to the executive lounge where the variety at the other Conrad is better and wider. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Conrad Orchard and will definitely return again.

Nice to be back! Thank you for accommodating my special requests. Nice view! I was held up at check in and given a coffee voucher for waiting (over 10mins), but it’s fine. Unfortunately our first check-in room experience wasn’t pleasant. There was blood stain on the sofa and unknown hair, feather and droplets of water on the floor. The electric kettle wasn’t working and a day later the toilet flush down. The room had a lot of faults! But, they fixed it up quickly as soon as I called the receptionist. I don’t mean to be troublesome. I borrowed the pool towels to make bed for my dog (sorry if it’s illegal, but dun worry he’s on diapers so won’t dirty the towels). There were more snacks choices this time and I always like the lemon mint infused water. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and had a relaxing long weekend. One more thing to pets owners, I would say this hotel is pet friendliest after I called some other hotels to check them out. I will definitely be back with my dog anytime I want to bring him along for a staycay. Cashy loved it and celebrated his birthday in the room. Thank you Citadines crews for making our stay at ease and enjoyable.

This is the third time I've stayed at Capella Singapore and there are so many reasons why I will keep returning. First of all, it's a pet friendly hotel and they really go all out to ensure that your pet is well looked after. They provide a bed, bowl, treats and toys and treat your pet as if they are a paying customer! My cat Theo loves it because they talk to him, pat him cuddle him etc. Another reason is the service - it's absolutely superb, right from check-in to check-out. All the staff are wonderful and are friendly, efficient and lovely, greeting you by name and always there for you if you need anything. The rooms are superb, and this time I asked for the same premier sea view room and luckily I got it as it was familiar for Theo. The food at Fiamma is amazing - the quality and selection for the breakfast buffet and dinner are fabulous. Absolutely loved the Asian and Western selections for main courses for the breakfast, and the range of other hot, cold, fruit, yoghurts and bakery items were superb. For dinner I opted to get room service from Fiamma and the pizzas were divine! Also the afternoon tea at the Living Room is also great and delicious. It's a short walk through the property to the beach, but to be honest, just being in the pool (there are three - one for adults, one for kids and a lap pool) and swimming and relaxing was my option. I look forward to returning soon!

Very good size room and location is not too far from Somerset mrt station. Close to killiney road eateries, supermarket and a massage spa. Swimming pool is little small and not that well maintained.

It's a bit far from shopping malls and subway stations. There's no restaurant downstairs. It's a bit remote. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the nearest shopping mall. It's very quiet at night. Although Singapore has good security, women staying alone should be cautious. The hotel actually has no services to speak of. You need to notify us in advance to clean the room, and there is no one at the front desk.

This time I took my child to Singapore and wanted to live in the heart of Singapore. I found this highly rated apartment on Ctrip. Due to the flight delay, we arrived at the hotel at 2 am. The beautiful lady at the front desk warmly received us and carefully informed us of various matters. The next day, breakfast time was until 10 o'clock, and the child could not get up. The restaurant also allowed me to pack meals for the child. The apartment is very spacious, with complete kitchen equipment and tableware, clothes drying racks, hair dryers, and safes! The room is very clean, and every piece of tableware is like new. The subway in the apartment is about a 5-minute walk, and it is very convenient to walk to the National Museum of Singapore, Clarke Quay, etc. Every service staff I met in the apartment is very kind, and I am in a good mood every day! By the way, there is also a swimming pool on the 10th floor, which is simply perfect. It is not exposed to the sun but breathable, and the water in the pool is clear. This trip to Singapore has become super perfect because of Adina Apartments! The children are reluctant to leave and said they will stay here next time. I'm a bit busy after coming back, so I've been writing reviews for many days. I forgot to ask the name of a beautiful lady in a suit who speaks Chinese at the front desk.
