Upon our arrival, we were greeted by the concierge staff who directed us to the lobby. At the check in counter, Airi assisted us with the process and upgraded us to heritage view which made us feel so spoilt. The pool was quiet and my kids had a blast. Rooms were extremely clean like it was a newly open hotel! Really impressed by this! The only downside was there was no bidet in the toilet. And things to note if you’re visiting on a Sunday the shops at the connecting malls closes rather early at about 7-8pm.

Amazing Stay at Sofitel Singapore Sentosa!
I had a wonderful experience at Sofitel Singapore Sentosa. The hotel has a great ambience, and the overall atmosphere is both relaxing and luxurious. The staff were superb, especially the staff PRINCESS (LOBBY HOTEL)—she was incredibly helpful, kind, and outstanding. She went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay, even surprising me with a complimentary cake for my birthday! She also provided a detailed briefing about the hotel, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
Highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and beautiful setting!
