Reservation Made 2 adt + 1 chd On arrival a double bed. We waited 1h30 for a decision from the hotel manager (05/19 in the evening) which could have been taken in 20 minutes Thanks to the Trop.Com customer service that I had (line in English available 24/24) the situation was resolved (thanks to my interlocutor that very efficient evening). I advanced the charges for another bedroom suite as discussed with trip.com. This amount was refunded to me within 24 hours by the trip financial department after sending the payment receipts (very fast refund, thank you). Thank you to my interlocutor Christ.... for his efficiency in solving the problem via his customer service. I strongly recommend this site to those who do not know it. My husband and I stayed here while touring around several different countries. This was one of our favorite hotels we stayed at. The location is great, within walking distance of a lot of shops and dining downtown. We walked to see the guild houses and the Mont Des Arts. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. There is a paid parking garage nearby we were able to park at. The only thing I do want to mention is the rooms are very small, at least the standard room we had was. We were on our trip for nearly three weeks so we had fairly large luggages that we had trouble fitting into the room / around the bed. Other than that though, everything was great.

The decoration is very characteristic and full of Belgian modern design. The overall facilities are excellent, the environment is first-class, and the service is excellent. If you say the disadvantage, it is too far from ubahn, you can't get out of the door without taking a taxi.

I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Brussels City and had a fantastic experience. The rooms are incredibly spacious, providing ample space to relax and unwind. The location is unbeatable, situated near Place Rogier and overlooking the Botanical Gardens, making it extremely convenient for both sightseeing and attending events. The hotel’s blend of modern comfort and historic charm adds a unique touch to the stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impeccable, which I greatly appreciated. However, I did find the pricing to be on the higher side. While the amenities and services are top-notch, the value for money could be improved. Despite this, the overall experience was positive, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Brussels.

DoubleTree by Hilton Brussels City is a modern hotel located in the city centre of Brussels, across the Botanical Garden and the main 'Rue Neuve' Shopping district and only 10min walk from old city. Easy access by metro (Place Rogier) and train (5min walk to North Station, 12min metro to Midi Station for Thalys and Eurostar) and surrounded by several public car parkings. European Commission buildings can be reached quickly by metro (4 stops). All rooms are equipped with free Wifi internet on 3 devices per room, individual air conditioning / heating, interactive flat screen television and wooden floors. The front office is open around the clock as well as the gym and the saunas – there are two saunas – one for men and one for women. Business travelers are offered 15 meeting rooms with a maximum capacity of 700 people. The Meeting & Events team will provide all the necessary support to hold a successful meeting or event.

We enjoyed our stay in this big apartment. Around 100 square metres. It had 2 bedrooms with big beds, very comfortable, many pillows. It's very clean. One of the rooms curtains was not great, but it was ok. And one of the doors creaked but that's a minor issue. The living room and kitchen are connected, feels very big, and a nice balcony attached. The even offer Netflix! They have a book with all the information about the apartment. The apartment includes a washing machine (no dryer) and even a dishwasher. The man who met us to introduce the apartment to us was very helpful and polite. It's not far from the Botanique subway station, even closer to a tram station but we didn't use the tram. When we go to Brussels again we will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is easy to find, it's on a higher floor, the hotel is warmly decorated, the family room is great, the view is good, the bathroom is spacious, the shower water pressure is strong and the temperature is stable. The room is not included in the booking, you have to order breakfast yourself, there are breakfast sets priced at 10-19 euros, the taste is good. It's a 15-minute walk from the square, you can pass the comic museum and the cathedral, but the bridge hole you pass by has a urine smell, which is not good. It's a 5-minute walk from Brussels North Station, which is still convenient. The only drawback is that the towels are very bad. When I dried my hair, I wiped a towel crumb, it should be changed.

Very fancy hotel, art, beautiful, complete facilities, very good fitness, but the functions in the room are too complicated, for example everything must be controlled by tablet, but the tablet cannot be used, the internet has a problem, when logging in, you must be a member of the hotel, which costs a day. If anyone does not go down to contact the lobby, they will have to pay for Wi-Fi, even though it is actually free, but must log in as the admin user!! Many things in the room are quite complicated, many guests have complained about Wi-Fi, some even moved accommodations that day.

The hotel Siru is particularly good for those who are required to be in the offices around the North Station or who wish to explore Brussels. The access door is defect and therefore you need to enter the hotel next door. The people at the reception are friendly and helpful. The room is OK, small and just, but also with a proper bed, desk, stop contacts and USB gates for example to load a phone, large box. The darkness cord is just too small, which makes you not able to dark the room. The door has dirty lining traces and a evacuation plan is missing. The room has coffee and water. The bathroom with toilet, lavabo and shower is also small. There are towels, soaps, etc. However, the shower is hardly going through and is packed with smooth tiles with polluted fittings (i.e. fungi), and the toilet is hardly swallowing through. Unfortunately, there is a lot of noise at night: street noise from the square, but also a lot of disturbing sounds from the top bathrooms and showers. I suspect that there are also a lot of people who have to stay at the airport because from 4.30 you hear people leave the room and the corridor.... Often with stinging doors. The breakfast is OK: good coffee (but only one machine...) and fruit juice, enough choice of bread and coating, cheese, sauces, cheese, charcuterie and even fruitsla. The hotel is not clean enough, so you often have to sit on a table where the stitches, dirty cups and the cover of old guests were left. I cannot recommend this hotel. The number of negative points is too high. And so, the price and quality of the offers are not in balance, and I will not come back here.

My partner and I have just come back after a new year break in Brussels. After reading the reviews we were a bit sceptical about the hotel but we had a really pleasant stay. The hotel is fine for what we needed it for-mainly to sleep after a long day exploring Brussels. The rooms were basic-yes, but clean and comfortable. The location is great, around a 15minute walk into the main square and a 5 minute walk to the nearest train station which we used to access the atomium. We didn't find the area to be uncomfortable, even when walking home on New Year's Eve at 1am. We booked as part of a Eurostar package and for the price we paid we were very happy. You get what you pay for! Can't comment on the breakfast as we didn't book as part of our package-there are lots of places in the centre to eat.
