Reservation Made 2 adt + 1 chd On arrival a double bed. We waited 1h30 for a decision from the hotel manager (05/19 in the evening) which could have been taken in 20 minutes Thanks to the Trop.Com customer service that I had (line in English available 24/24) the situation was resolved (thanks to my interlocutor that very efficient evening). I advanced the charges for another bedroom suite as discussed with trip.com. This amount was refunded to me within 24 hours by the trip financial department after sending the payment receipts (very fast refund, thank you). Thank you to my interlocutor Christ.... for his efficiency in solving the problem via his customer service. I strongly recommend this site to those who do not know it. Even in comparison of prices (travel, hotel, rental etc) it is: ”THE BEST” ------ Reservation Faite 2 adt + 1chd À l'arrivé un lit de 2 places.
