"This is the second time I’ve stayed at the Radisson Red in the past month due to flying from Heathrow. It is also the second time that checking in was chaotic, with the self check in computers not working and this not being resolved with increased or quicker staff. Moreover, the staff have a habit of not making eye contact with you, not acknowledging you, not really managing the chaos or reassuring properly. In the end, I waited in a queue for around half an hour to check in. People are naturally tired when they get to an airport hotel- the staff need to show some awareness of that. Then in the morning, I asked when the next shuttle to heathrow was and was informed, 2 minutes. I waited for 25 minutes and no bus. I went back to reception to ask what was going on and was told ‘it’s heathrow that run the bus, not us.’ It was yet more unhelpful at tidied and an unwillingness to be at all accountable."

"Stayed for 2 nights, the room was generally clean but the bathroom had some kind of rotten egg drainage smell. Luckily the odor didn’t impact the room when keeping the bathroom door closed. Good location with easy access to Heathrow Terminal 2&3."

"It’s decent, bed was comfortable. Bar area is very nice it’s quite expensive. Hotel has gym pool and sauna which is nice and you get 2 free bottles of water in the room and which is also a nice touch. Breakfast tiny bit disappointing in my opinion. Would stay again overall."

"The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is super convenient, very close to the airport. There’s a Hoppa shuttle bus that goes directly to the terminals, and a local bus stop right outside the hotel, which made getting around really easy."

"Our flight is cancelled in the midnight so we had to stay near the airport for an extra day. Hotel staff are helpful and friendly. Room is spacious and the breakfast is good. However unlike other IHG hotels, they do not provide bottled water, toothbrush and slippers complimentarily to customers, you have to bring your own."

"I had booked a king-sized room for 9 nights. Surprisingly, there was another extra single bed so I could use the room space to sort out my clothes without messes. 😁 Although there was no bathtub in my room, I felt totally comfortable and privacy within. It never fails my expectations to see that the room was always kept clean and tidy after coming back from my activities every single day. It takes only about 7 mins to get to the hotel directly from Heathrow Central Bus station. You should not miss out the intercontinental breakfast it caters for guests daily at a price of £13. I simply love it and I got to savour it on the last day of my stay there. Yes, I will certainly come to stay at Leonardo London Heathrow Airport Hotel again if I should visit again! "It’s a decent hotel. Modern and clean. My room didn’t have a fridge and you don’t get any free bottle of water like you do in most 4 Star hotels. Bar area is nice food is decent if expensive but it’s to be expected. Breakfast is nice. Would stay again overall."
