Probably because the hotel is a remodeled old building, the storey height is very high, plus the top decoration, it feels like a palace...hehe, overall it feels good. Good location, breakfast is not the worst but without madness, you speak English at the reception, comfortable bed. The minus is humidity and it seems to be order but not to the end - but I noticed that this is the norm in Sicily. I recommend it at this price.

They assigned us an apartment that was not the one booked (it was very uncomfortable and noisy) with the excuse of an upgrade that had not been requested or communicated at check in. They had given us a standard apartment instead of the deluxe, after my complaint was changed but after much insistence.
