The property is located 4 km from the center of Syracuse. This is a good hotel without too many pretensions. The room is spacious and clean. The abundant breakfast is plus you will find free parking space near the property. Really low prices. Welcoming and very kind owner. I recommend it, I'll be back!

I don't know how they are still holding up: it makes me shiver when I enter the room and find the bed sheet stained and even punctured. I both stayed and ate there, I recommend it for the food which is too good, simple but refined cuisine. Hotel from the 60s remained so a renovation was recommended. Mr. Massimo super 👌 and all the staff had a great time

We booked July 2023, we are a family of 4. We had a terrible time as we had no water. We also found glass on the ground and also in the balcony. The services are terrible and the availability to solve problems is zero. I would never, ever come here and I don't recommend it to anyone. Very bad.

Never seen a hotel like this in my life, I went there on a school trip, my room was the only decent one, the others were dirty with difficulty in washing, the food was terrible, we ate pasta with pesto and it tasted like soap , every meal was cold not to mention the breakfast croissants the frozen ones. Be quick to close or improve yourselves if you want to continue having this structure, because for the moment it is not working well for you. Ps: check the reviews

The hotel is dirty: the floor is so dirty that the chairs cannot move, creating a lot of very annoying noise, black pieces come out of the sink and it is impossible to wash without flooding the bathroom, the cold water didn't work in the room and after we were accused of having turned off a report. The food is probably the worst part, first of all the portions are tiny and cold, then the chef is clearly not able to cook (he should change jobs) the waiters are listless (they left the tray on the table telling us to serve ourselves) but still courteous. The experience was one of the worst if not THE worst I have ever had.
