Strategic position for visiting the city. Ortigia is a 10-minute walk away and you can reach the archaeological park in 10 minutes by car. Apartment equipped with all comforts with the possibility of using an iron (available in the common area) Very convenient check in and very kind and helpful host, who gave us excellent suggestions to make the most of our stay.

Staff friendly and available to meet my needs. External parking a few meters from the entrance to the structure. Excellent location, perfect location for families with children as there is a gate that does not allow you to go out onto the public street. Advised

Upon your arrival, don't be fooled by the seemingly unkept neighborhood, once you cross the entrance gate, you will find a spotlessly clean environment welcoming you, equipped with every comfort, quiet and close to the tourist beauties of Syracuse and Ortigia. The very helpful and courteous staff will provide you with all kinds of information and will be able to welcome you, even just by telephone, with every kind of concern.

Comfortable and welcoming accommodation located 12 minutes from Ortigia (count a little more than 20 minutes to get to Piazza Duomo). On the table we found some butter biscuits and in the fridge a taste of good local wine (which we went looking for to bring the delicious souvenir home🤪) and a bottle of water, all things that we appreciated very much! Clean tablecloths and sheets, kitchen equipped with everything you need including microwave and coffee machine with pods, TV, air conditioning and staff contacted remotely available to resolve any problems quickly or to give advice to make your stay better ( both through the information that is made available together with the instructions on the table at the entrance, and by telephone). There is also a personal drying rack equipped with 5/6 pegs, clothes hangers, an umbrella and there is a laundry room shared with the other guests of the residence which is equipped with an iron. The idea of ​​the small "library" available to guests is very cute! The only flaw is the impact you have upon arrival in the historic district because the buildings among which the residence is nestled, (unlike the residence) are not in good condition. Recommended for those looking for a place equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay and located in a quiet/no-traffic area, where you can rest between one excursion and another to discover this wonderful land.
