We stayed here for four nights on our trip around Sicily. They have a large pool that was very refreshing since it was hot. It's a bit out of the way but an easy taxi ride to anywhere you want to go. I recommend Ortigia Island for the shopping, sights and restaurants.

A highly priced hotel that didn't match its value/expectations. The deluxe room is supposed to have one large bed but instead it is made up of two combined single beds The outdoor pool shower doesn't have enough water pressure. The hotel furniture is scarched, old, dented and the safe doesn't work. The shower is very small and it makes it hard to wash. The paint of the room is cracked and it is also peeling off. After all, the pool is in good condition, large and has shallow and deep waters. There is also enough parking space.

albergo nella media forse un po datato camere poco isonorizzate parcheggio disponibile colazione discreta personale gentile struttura fuori dal centro vi abbiamo soggiornato una notte di febbraio quindi con pochissima gente struttura dotata di una bella piscina per l'estate

Deluso in gran parte, le cose positive sono: la piscina ed il personale davvero gentile⭐️⭐️⭐️ per il resto non riesco a capire come fa ad essere un hotel a 4 stelle, a partire dalla poca pulizia, stanze piccole e datate. Per non parlare della presenza di ospiti poco graditi in bagno come le formiche! Poi non parliamo Se vuoi pranzare o cenare al ristorante, una rapina... pasta al pomodoro come primo, è una cotoletta minuscola e quattro patatine come secondo più acqua e coca per 18 persone per un totale di 560 euro. Le stesse persone abbiamo pranzato e cenato più volte al centro di Ortigia, al centro di Noto ed a Siracusa, non abbiamo mai pagato tanto nonostante abbiamo mangiato pesce. Chiedendo delle informazioni del prezzo al gestore del ristorante glu abbiamo chiesto come mai una spesa così elevata, La sua risposta è stata: siccome come menù del giorno come secondo piatto c'era l'angus Quindi vi ho fatto lo stesso prezzo da noi funziona così... Mha! Che dire, Buona fortuna! Cordiali saluti.

Albergo grande, bella hall, piscina enorme e ben servita, stanza ampia, bagno pulito, parcheggio interno gratuito. Unica pecca la posizione non proprio centrale. Colazione molto curata. Simpatica l'idea del dispenser per riempirsi i cornetti del ripieno preferito. Crema, nocciola, arancia e zenzero.. li abbiamo provati tutti!!

We kwamen vroeger aan dan verwacht, de kamer was nog niet klaar maar er werd geregeld dat deze toch sneller klaar was voor ons dan voorzien. Mooi douche. Geen zwemmuts nodig. Drank te verkrijgen bij het zwembad; maar dit vond ik best duur. Goede airco. Wij hadden een vierpersoonskamer, deze had een tussendeur wat wel aangenaam is. Ligt wel afgelegen, auto is wel nodig. Ortigia is heel mooie plaats in de buurt.

Parfait! Service accueillant, professionnel et compétent! Deux bémols: -le petit déjeuner manque de propositions salées et de produits locaux -la piscine est accessible aux gens extérieurs à l’hôtel. Cela donne parfois une impression d’envahissement alors que l’hôtel est quasi vide
