We really liked this small B&B - very comfortable, bright and clean bedroom and shower room. Included communal kitchen (shared with three other rooms) and a fridge to store water, beers and food. Breakfast was coffee and pastry at nearby cafe - good choices and excellent coffee. We mainly stayed at these small guesthouses on our four week trip through Italy and really liked the personal touch of this type of accommodation. The host was very friendly and helpful - this was his grandparents home which he turned into guest suites. It was easy to communicate with him (on WhatsApp). It was located outside Ortigia but walkable to many sites. We liked the “local” feel of the area. Close to train station too. Would definitely recommend this place - we loved Siracusa!

The flat is located 10 min. walk from the Eneapolios but approx.. one and a half kilometer from Ortigia, which is the place you will probably visit more than once. The room was comfortable and there is a common kitchen for all the guests, with a fridge and coffee machine. On the contrary of what is written in their site :" our tasty and rich breakfasts are served" they do not serve breakfast. We were sent to a coffee more than hundred meters away to receive a hot beverage and a not so good pastry. This is not written in their site. We stayed at three b&b in Sicily and this was by far, the worst breakfast. And it rained ! You must arrive in time for check-in, because if you come earlier the manager isn"t there and you will be charged 10 Euro if you ask to check-in earlier. The host, Mr. Alessandro, was very nice, gave us a lot of reccomendations, was was available by what"s up all the time

The owner helped us find a free parking space around the accommodation. Everything was very clean, quiet and pleasant. The bedding was comfortable, the room spacious and pleasant, as was the bathroom. The breakfast was also very good. Everything was set up so that we enjoyed our stay. The owner gave us a map of the city that he explained to us, he was able to advise us for our visit.
