Visiting the Greek tragedies, we stayed 3 days. Exceptional in every respect. New and well-kept structure, all perfect with new furnishings and excellent cleaning. A stone's throw from the Greek theater and a ten minute walk from Ortigia. We met the owners who advised us on places to see and where to eat, very kind. We will definitely be back. Excellent!

All great. very kind and helpful owner. We contacted him before arriving and he opened everything remotely. Bb beautiful, clean and we found parking right under the structure. bottles of water available to guests as well as coffee and biscuits. Breakfast in the bar opposite and with a variety of choices. Personally I can say that I have stayed in several bb in Sicily and I can say that this is by far one of the best I have seen. It was a wonderful discovery. Don't listen to the negative reviews because this BB really deserves it. . I highly recommend it.

I stayed with my family for three nights in this location, a good location for getting around and visiting the areas surrounding Syracuse, a small room for four people, we checked in electronically with an entrance door that was opened to us remotely by the owners. human contact .. nice structure internally but located on the third floor of a dated building lift which is more of a freight elevator than a lift .. very uncomfortable for those wishing to walk up .. air conditioning that switches off as soon as you open the door or balcony window ..breakfast at the bar opposite but very poor or coffee or cappuccino and croissant! poor value for money..very expensive for what it offers..during the stay no cleaning in the room and no arrangement of beds..all ghosts... we paid by leaving the money in the room and closing the door...never again very disappointing..wouldn't recommend!

Proprietario gentile, estremamente disponibile. Organizzazione molto buona. Struttura pulita. Buono il caffè della macchinetta che si trova nella cucina comune. Due bottiglie d'acqua per camera. Il nostro condizionatore a 16° raffreddava a fatica la stanza, forse la potenza del motore è troppo bassa. Ortigia raggiungibile facilmente con bus fermata vicino struttura. La colazione è nel bar difronte la struttura, buona qualità. L'accoglienza nel locale non è stata piacevole. Il tentativo di essere simpatici si trasforma in arroganza.

Peggio di così è impossibile. Prenotate 3 notti siamo scappati dopo la prima. Arrivati in struttura il check in è stato fatto in remoto per accedere in stanze dove la pulizia è risulta essere una grande sconosciuta: il bagno sporco da raccapriccio e asciugamani macchiati! Solo al momento del check in ci è stato comunicato che la colazione andava fatta al bar di fronte nonostante al momento della prenotazione fossero state chieste esplicitamente informazioni a riguardo e fossimo stati rassicurati . Al bar ,in cambio di un bigliettino ,si aveva diritto ad un caffè (o cappuccino) e una brioches. La signora che ha fatto il check in al telefono difronte al nostro scontento ci ha spavaldamente consigliato di trovare una sistemazione alternativa alle 20.30,orario del nostro arrivo. Nonostante la vacanza sembrasse compromessa abbiamo colto la sfida e la mattina dopo abbiamo lasciato questa penosa sistemazione per un vero b&b. Vacanza salva!
