Cockroaches walking on my face. Liked · absolutely nothing. Disliked · Cockroaches waking me up at night walking on my face. An intense smell of fried fish on the property. When I wanted to have scrambled eggs for breakfast, I had to take them out of my mouth because you had a very unpleasant taste. Probably in the state. The bathroom grid was covered and it was very unpleasant to bathe in a broth trying not to overflow. Several damp and peeling walls. And worst of all was the dishonesty of those responsible for the hotel. On the second night around 00:01 a.m. I had a very unpleasant experience with the spoon, since there was no one at the reception, I went in the morning to request a refund for my stay. They told me that they were going to return everything to me (there was still one night that was paid) but they did not want to do it at the time. In theory they would make the transfer that same day. Two days passed and they did not do it. I wrote to them and they told me that they would reimburse me for the night that I did not use only when they had promised to return everything to me. Not even the night I was awake after the cockroach walked on my face. In other words, not only did I go through unpleasant experiences, but they scammed me because they did not fulfill their commitment. There was an exchange of emails but in a very bad way they told me that they were not going to do it. Yesterday they told me that they had sent me the transfer for one night but I have not received it yet and they did not send me any information to identify it. I want to add that in the room with the clogged grid and flooding, the toilet did not work well. They had the "kindness" to move me to another room that was quite dirty and with things from another guest. There was the cockroach thing. oh! The most important. When I went to complain in the morning they told me that they were not responsible for the cockroach because the municipality had to deal with it. The location is enviable and the idea of transforming a shelter for fishermen into an accommodation facility seemed really interesting to us, but we came across a distracted staff and not at all interested in customer care. The room is spartan, which in itself would not be a problem if it were not for some elements on which it is impossible to overlook, first of all the bed: 2 "loose" spring mattresses, deformed pillows, no "covers" (mattress, cushion); to welcome us, under the sheets, a dead mosquito. Result: we slept badly and got up with our backs to pieces. The fridge, albeit turned on and positioned on "high", did not cool at all and in a hot summer like this is not a trivial matter. Bath towels: 2 shower towels, 2 face towels, 1 guest (why?). Fortunately we only stayed one night, but even to leave we had to wait 10 minutes for check out. The thing that left me most perplexed, however, was reading reviews from three years ago complaining about the same problems, but in the end this is also proof of the absolute lack of interest in this hotel for its guests.

Ho soggiornato una notte di fine febbraio, nelle camere al primo piano , le camere sono abbastanza grandi spaziose e pulite peccato che nella mia c'erano le finestre Murate che andavano sulla strada, ma la proprietaria la sig Lucia persona peraltro gentilissima e molto garbata insomma un'ottima padrona di casa che subito ti fa sentire in famiglia, mi ha spiegato il perché, bella la terrazza dell'albergo molto panoramica, ottima anche la vista che guarda verso il mare , c'è anche il parcheggio cosa molto utile e preziosa per chi viene a Siracusa

Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte, di passaggio verso altre mete siciliane. Indubbiamente la vicinanza ad Ortigia, raggiungibile a piedi in un quarto d'ora è il must di questo hotel. Molto carino, si sviluppa su più parti di un edificio, arredate con gusto e con particolari di arredo davvero speciali. Personale molto cortese. La reception chiude alla sera e sono disponibili delle chiavi per entrare in struttura in libertà. Soddisfatta la nostra richiesta di cuscini e coperte aggiuntive, stante il periodo invernale. Check in veloce ma accurato. La nostra camera non disponeva che di una finestra in un cavedio, mentre la principale era chiusa e sigillata per motivi di sicurezza, dando direttamente sulla strada. Il bagno, pulito, non disponeva di una mensola adeguata per appoggiare beauty case ed altro.... Presente un bellissimo frigo stand alone di design, ma vuoto, e non avevamo bicchieri ne' in vetro, ne' in plastica o carta in camera. Colazione buona, ma non con grande scelta. insomma qualche cosa da rivedere, ma per il prezzo pagato merita la sosta.

Lasci questo hotel come se ti mancasse qualcosa. Lo location è ottima a 10 minuto a piedi dal centro di Ortigia, il parcheggio è comodo. La ragazza della recepiton super gentile ed efficiente. La camera è un po’ spoglia, non ci sono tante comodità .. nel bagno per esempio non c’è niente dove appoggiare la trousse .. la Tv è piccola e la stanza è grande, magari un bollitore. La colazione di qualità ma con scarsa scelta, salato disastroso, solo uova sode, salamino ed un po’ di provola, abbondante le brioche di pasticceria ma non c’è neppure una torta. Potrebbe dare molto di più .. peccato

Abbiamo festeggiato la laurea di nostro figlio in questa bella location con una terrazza con vista mozzafiato, abbiamo incantato i nostri ospiti . Il servizio a braccio ha reso la serata movimentata e piacevole, le ragazze di sala sono state impeccabili ed attente ,il cibo abbondante e gustoso ,meravigliosa e buonissima la torta. Questo locale,gestito molto al femminile,fa piacere per la tranquillità,la pulizia ed il suo arredamento di riuso di oggetti antichi .Molto particolare il terrazzino ,anche se stretto fra i palazzi.La colazione semplice,è l’unica pecca con poca sicilianita’.
