Best Sirkazhi Hotels

The stay in the hotel was good. The rooms are neat. The toilets need a bit more attention and the cleanliness of the toilet does not augur well with the room cleanliness. The restaurant in the basement looks overrun with walls having dirty seepage marks and does not give a feel of enjoying the food, though the quality of food is good. The environs are bad. Overall i would rate the hotel at 3. 5/5.

We were staying in ghetto classic cottage. The bathroom was poorly designed. If one showers, the floor will get flooded. The area behind the cottage was treated for termite, leaving a strong smell. The air conditioner stopped working after 2 hours. The management, after several complaints, offered to allow us to sleep in another room or give a rebate of rs.500. The reception staff did not know how to process a rebate!

* room was spacious enough for 2 people with a sep. Wardrobe area. * we had breakfast (compl, lunch and dinner. Food was good and reasonably priced. * location is convenient, in the heart of the city and near the mylai bus stand. * new lifts, good and simple decor.

Good property located 300metres away from nataraja temple. Stay was good. Staffs are friendly. Definitely will visit again.

Rooms are recently renovated and therefore good rooms. Service is poor. They charge for extra person but they keep amenities for two people. 2 bottles of water, no dental kit, upon requesting for 3 dental kits they came with only two. When i asked why only 2 dental kits and not there they said we provide only two. I had to literally raise my voice for the third one and finally i got my third dental kit. Same was the case with water. Breakfast needs lot of improvement. There is no idly, dosa, tea and the ones available like pongal, poori, and pod i idly tasted very bad. Coffee you have to wait like 15 or 30 minutes. Grape juice is not juice but syrup. For diabetic people the sugar levels will just shoot up. Sandwich don't even touch because there is every possibility of your stomach will get upset. I asked for 3 bed coffees through room service which never came until check out. One way it was nice or else i would have regretted. There is lot of scope for improvement.

It’s a fairly clean hotel with basic amenities. There is no restaurant but the staff will buy food from nearby restaurants and serve the food with their crockery and cutlery. So it was ok. Looks like they arrange breakfast from outside and serve it as a buffet in their restaurant area. Breakfast is quite limited but sufficient.

Property and room was very clean. It was a simple but tasty breakfast selection. Overall, i enjoyed my stay
