The staff at the Hotel Europa were incredibly helpful, friendly, and easy to engage with. The hotel itself is spotless, with plenty of open space and a lovely breakfast area overlooking the sea. Bedrooms are spacious, with large balconies perfect for sitting out. A nice touch is the air conditioning—completely silent thanks to baffles, so no disturbance at all. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide range of options to choose from. We’ll definitely be back. Thanks to all the staff for making the stay so pleasant.

This place is picture perfect with the staff being so amazingly welcoming, friendly and courteous. We rented a motorboat from the hotel, went biking, swam, drank and ate our way through a days of joy, laughter and happiness. I will definitely be going back!

The hotel was amazing ! Perfect ! The staff were friendly and extremely helpful . There was so much attention to detail . Nothing was too much trouble . All staff were fantastic throughout the hotel. The newly renovated room and balcony overlooking the lake were breathtaking. The room was modern and spotless. Breakfast was lovely with the lake as backdrop . Highly recommended hotel .

Hotel is beautiful, you have access to the spa pool, bicycles to go around, great breakfast, deck to the lake, and the exterior pool is as well great. We booked for one night amd decided to stay one more night.

Beautiful hotel, lovely view & newly renovated. The inside pool is a gorgeous place to get some respite from the sun. 40 minute walk from Sirmione but there’s a bus which comes every 15 mins and takes 5-10 mins.

This newly renovated hotel was delightful. I had a lake front room with a balcony that looked right on the lake. The restaurant in the hotel, although not affiliated with the hotel, was very good. It is family run, so it felt very personal, almost as if we were guests of the family. The staff were all very helpful in making suggestions for outings and recommending and reserving tables at nearby restaurants. I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

Hotel Europa was fantastic! From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. Nadia at the front desk could not have done more for us during our stay and went above and beyond to resolve any and all of queries/issues. The room was nice. Whilst a little bare for my liking, there can be no real complaints. It was clean, quiet, and the balcony offered a fantastic view of the lake. The food at the restaurant was very reasonable and VERY good. The outside dining area boasts beautiful views of the lake. Whilst service could be slow at times this is something we experienced in Italy as a whole and wasn’t isolated to the hotel. We put this down to the laid back culture. Staff were very friendly. Facilities such as the pool and spa were great and the lake front sunbathing area allowed convenient access to the lake for swimming. Drinks could be taken down here which was a plus. Area had atmosphere but wasn’t as loud/busy as Old Town Sirmione which we very much appreciated. 5 minute shuttle buss to old down for 2 euros, or a 30 minutes walk. We enjoyed the walk up the lake into the old town. Zero complaints and well worth the stay!!!
