My partner and I stayed here for five days. At first, I was a little apprehensive as it was my first time in Greece, but also on a full board arrangement in a hotel. I'm a vegetarian so I wasn't sure if I'd be stuck for food options. However, our stay was beautiful, from start to end. Every single staff member we came across was super friendly and kind. Huge shout out to Spyla in the restaurant. On day one, I explained that I'm a vegetarian and she remembered this every day, ensuring I was aware of all the vegetarian options and even remembered how we like our coffee every morning, so it was ready when we sat down. Also have to mention that Andreas at the bar makes the best cocktails. We absolutely loved the bar area and it was so relaxing to chill out with cocktails and good music! We stayed in a room with a private pool. The pool was a bit too cold for my liking but that didn't bother me, due to the time of year we went. We didn't expect a warm pool. The cleaners were so kind and friendly too, always smiling and patient with us on the days we left our room later than usual. There were a few improvements I'd suggest. Maybe some facial tissues in the bathroom, also more accurate timings shown the app (as the bar actually closes early in off peak season but this wasn't reflected on the app). Although the lighting in the bathroom was fine, there was no light in the actual shower so it was a bit dark when showering. However, we have decided we will definitely be back and we'll stay at the Castello Boutique again. It's the perfect location, peaceful and offers amazing service to accommodate our needs. Have to add, I'm a huge cat lover and I adored all of the hotel cats too. They are looked after by staff and some hotel guests too. We even gave them names as they were so friendly and cute. It was so lovely to meet other guests who adored the cats too. Thank you for an amazing stay, we look forward to returning!
