A week in this hotel was a wonderful holiday. Friendly staff, nice clean rooms, very comfortable bed. A small minus - a bit small bathroom, not very convenient to get out of the bath, but it's not such a big problem. I also do not understand why some people write that there is a lot of noise, I did not notice it. Also I do not understand the negative reviews about the food. The food is incredibly tasty and very varied, I am sure that everyone can find something to their taste. The cooks try their best, and the service of the waiters is very attentive, timely and unobtrusive. The rooms are cleaned every day with a change of bed linen. Everything is very clean and tidy. The pools in the hotel are excellent, there is a lot of space and a large territory of the hotel. On our arrival all the rooms were occupied, but there was absolutely no impression that there were too many people, as the territory allows you to feel free. A large number of places to sit and relax, a lot of tables throughout the hotel with beautiful views of the sea and the city, enough sun loungers by the pool and on the beach. A very clean beach and a clean warm sea. The only small drawback is that there are pebbles at the entrance to the sea, it is not very convenient to enter, but these are minor things. I also really liked the spa services, great pleasure and a pleasant addition to the rest. Perhaps the hotel has some shortcomings and perhaps it does not reach the full five stars, (this also applies to the visitors themselves, 90 percent of whom did not bother to follow the dress code at dinner, and then write that the hotel does not monitor this, start with yourself!). In general, this is definitely an absolutely worthy hotel!

This place has a lot of potential. It’s beautiful and well-maintained. Staff are friendly and the location is great. Unfortunately, they play loud music round the pool all the time morning until evening and there’s loud entertainment and music in the evening, which you can hear from all the rooms. There’s no peace and quiet to be had here. It’s such a shame. No way we could have known before booking. It looks like such a nice peaceful resort. If you want a peaceful relaxing holiday, this isn’t the place for you. If you want to listen to 90’s dance and euro-pop music 24/7 and do aqua-gym in the morning with even louder music, led by a guy screaming down the microphone in a chicken suit, then you’ll probably love it.

Great hotel with something for everyone. The big pool has its own bar, and there are usually available (and comfortable) sun beds. The breakfast has a great variety and good quality. Super friendöy and professional staff. The location is close to the sea and city center, but still calm.
