Good for a solo traveller. Modest and relatively compact but clean rooms with a mini bar. Excellent location. Accommodating service even though the reception isn't open 24/7. AC works. Excellent value for money. No elevator if that is important for you.

Fantastic location, great shower, comfy bed, a cheap and cheerful stay. The location of this place was so convenient. A short walk to the train station, laundry, supermarkets, restaurants, nightlife and the beach front. Everything you could want. The room was clean, a decent size, VERY good shower and water pressure. It does make a difference! The hotel staff were friendly and efficient. I would recommend this place and I would stay here again. The only slight negative was that there was a lot of noise from doors and furniture moving around. Not terrible but noticeable.

I have to admit I wasn't sure what to expect when we booked Hostal Termes. The reception is only open between certain times. We were due to arrive whilst they were open but I emailed them our flight details just incase we were delayed. When we arrived we were met by Yolanda on reception. She is a total joy and credit to the accommodation. She was friendly and welcoming and even gave us a couple of beers to start our holiday off. She explained all the facilities and explained that our room had the use of a terrace on the same level. Our room was basic but it was clean, the bed was comfortable, there was a wardrobe for us to put clothes and the en-suite shower was powerful and had plenty of hot water. For all the time we spent in the room, this was perfect for us. We were on the third floor and the stairs are quite steep and narrow so if you have mobility issues bear this in mind. The location is perfect. You are in the centre of the town but you don't hear any noise. 3 minute walk and you are at the shops and restaurants and 5 minutes you are at the beach. We were supplied with beach towels and a sun umbrella too. When we were leaving Yolanda arranged for us to have boarding passes printed and we also book the transfer from the hotel to take us to the airport as it was cheaper than a normal taxi. All in all we had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Strong points: the location is very central and the staff is very nice. The cleaning lady, who also works reception in her spare time, kept wanting to chat even though I barely speak Spanish and she doesn't speak French either. The price of the rooms remains affordable even in high season while it soars like crazy in other establishments in the center. On the other hand, they don't serve breakfast and the quality of the bedding is terrible (I can still feel the springs of the mattress). The pillows are bags of small foam blocks, it's not comfortable at all. The locks are old with two keys (the one for the entrance and the one for the room, plus a big metal key ring) that you have to lug around when you go out (no way to leave them at reception since there's no one there at night) and the whole thing makes a hell of a noise when people enter or leave their room. The soundproofing is poor as is often the case in these old Spanish buildings. Finally, to receive in the room it is not simple, you have to go downstairs to open the door.

The hotel manager greeted us right away with a big smile and offered us a parasol and beach towels. She really took great care of us every day! The room is very nice, the only downside is the soundproofing, you can hear the other rooms loudly. The room was small but we had access to a nice terrace on the 3rd floor. In addition, coffee and cookies are available in the entrance. I recommend 100%, we had a great stay.

Very nice hotel the rooms are a bit dated but very clean !! The staff is adorable and taking care of you is very pleasant and the hotel is ideally located a few minutes from the city center and the beach!! Thank you for everything !!

Piccolo hotel che dalla stazione ferroviaria dista pochissimo. Da qui si raggiunge qualsiasi posto di Sitges in un baleno. Spiagge vicinissime e molto belle. La signora Yolanda è molto gentile e disponibile su qualsiasi cosa si abbia bisogno. L'ombrellone e i teli mare ci sono stati consegnati già dal primo giorno. La stanza era pulita con un bel bagno con una doccia molto grande; ascigamani, ascigacapelli e aria condizionata tutto nella norma. La stanza posta al 2° piano aveva anche un piccolo balconcino che si affacciava sulla strada che , essendo secondaria, non è trafficata. Grazie di cuore !!!!!

Chaque fois que nous allons à Sitges nous nous rendons dans cet hôtel. Juan, le patron, est adorable, aux petits soins avec tout le monde et parle très bien français. Lors de notre arrivée, nous avons été accueilli par Yolanda, une femme absolument adorable et drôle qui fera de votre séjour un moment agréable tant elle est prévenante ! L’hôtel est idéalement situé dans une rue charmante et extrêmement calme alors qu’elle est à 1 minute du centre ville et moins de 5 minutes de la plage. Les chambres ne sont pas grandes mais offrent tout le confort nécessaire (clim comprise). Seul bémol, l’insonorisation des chambres, pour peu que vous ayez un voisin bruyant… Nous reviendrons l’année prochaine avec grand plaisir ! Encore un grand merci à Juan et surtout à Yolanda !
