The studios and apartments are nice, very clean and the owner Spartacus try to help the visitors to have a nice holiday. The maisonettes are cleaned every day, the bed sheets are changed at max 3 days and the towels are changed daily or at your request. The location offer good acces to the Nikiti Beach and the tavernas located around the beach. The supermarket is located in the nearest area. Good location corect prices, the recommendations for the best beaches in Sithonia were appreciated. We were very satisfied by Lagonisi Beach.

We were there last September and it was amazing! The accommodation is in a very good location, short distances to all destinations (taverns, clubs, beach). The room was very clean, nice and well equipped. The staff was very friendly, always helpful and available at all times. Best value for money. We will definitely visit Ilis Villas again!!!

Monolocale con bagno, essenziale pulito e con tutto l'occorrente x una vacanza. Piccolo angolo cottura, frigo, aria condizionata e WiFi. Terrazzino con piccolo dehor. Tranquillo a qualche minuto dal mare, dai negozi e dai locali. Buona base per spostamenti. Personale gentile. Pulizia camere giornaliera.

Хочу поблагодарить хозяев данного отеля за отменный отдых, который у нас получился именно благодаря данному отельчику. Плюсы : абсолютно новая постройка сразу видно, что строили не просто лишь бы построить, а именно из качественного материала. Почему я об этом пишу? Потому, что в отличии от даже отелей категории 5 звёзд, здесь качественные материалы и хорошая изоляция, а это не мало важно, когда гости начинают ходить с 6 утра или поздно ложатся. Отель находится в уютном посёлке Никити, самый оживленный на втором пальце. Доступность кл всему в шаговой доступности. Ещё очень один плюс, мне очень помогли на рецепшн, посоветовали самые красивые бухты второго пальца, которые мы с удовольствием об ехали. Сами бы мы их никогда не нашли. Мы обязательно вернёмся в 22 году, смотрим и подбираем даты для отпуска.
