he hotel looks decent on the outside and the location is quite secluded and not bustling with people or cars.
The receptionist was really friendly. The hotel has two levels but there are no elevators so you have to take the stairs. The pricing was average. The room was really nice but the tv reception was quite low. There's a water heater/cooler and ironing board.
There is no specified parking for guests and it is limited. There are grocery shops and restaurants nearby if you want to buy some things or want to grab something to eat. The wifi is okay but not terrible.
Overall nice place to stay for short durations

Surprisingly nice bathroom, lighting is good, and nothing to complain about for the budget price.
Great location as it is just across the road from the famous Cheong Via Gong Plian - ( Pie ), I bought 30 pieces of them, and I queue was for 30 mins to get it .

Hygiene Issues
Unpleasant experience that the bathroom had visible mold, and there was a strong smell lingering in the air that even spread into the room. Additionally, the bedding caused skin irritation, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. Hope management takes immediate action to improve Hygiene standards.

So far the badget hotel that I have been to this hotel is clean .. the service is ok, the watercorn is cold but one is mosquito .. x know where it comes from tpi everything is ok one je please put tlphone in the room x la customer g lobby .. ok good job sam hotel next time I come again

EErul MaverickI'd booked for this hotel via online in trip.com apps. The rate for online booking is RM 92.47. Due to my late check in, I asked my friend who stayed nearby to the hotel to check in the room first. As a normal practice, my friend put a deposit for RM 50 at the counter. To be surprised, the staff issued a receipt of the deposit and room rate for RM 84.15. There's a difference of RM 8.32. As far as I'm concerned, we'll get a lower price when booking online rather than walk in.
The cleanliness of the room is not in perfect condition as the bedsheets and the floor are dirty. I'm sorry to comment on this as to ensure the hotel management asked the housekeeping staff to do their jobs properly.

RRosInteresting location, close to kedai2. Want to go eco walk je. I took fmly suites, there is a bathtub that is fun for children to soak. Cleanliness is all ok. Only the bathroom is leaking if you want to take a bathtub, you have to throw it a little, if you throw it all, you will overflow in the room. So far other services are all the best.
