Steve and Barbara are wonderful hosts. The breakfast is very nice with different options (including vegetarian) and the room was very cozy! If you come by car or don’t mind a bit of walking, this is - really nice place to stay at in Sittingbourne.

Lovely bed and breakfast with lots of character. During our stay, the owners Steve and Barbara were friendly and accommodating, even when our children requested some strange breakfast things, they obliged. The menu offers a good selection of breakfast hot food, as well as fresh fruits and cereals. The accommodation was clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. If we have to stay in the area again, we will book at the Beaumont.

The room was very comfortable Idea for one person Steve & Barbara are the perfect host lovely breakfast each morning and they go out of there way to make you feel relaxed and comfortable lovely hotel which has history and character and lovely garden not far to walk into town or walk to a pub as well

I had the pleasure of meeting Steve and Barbara on a weekend visit to see family The welcome was warm and my room clean and comfortable. They are wonderful hosts and offer a great choice at breakfast to set you up for the day. Steve and Barbara will be my go to in the future when visiting the area. Thank You.

Used as a starting off point for getting to Minster on Sea for Chase the Sun. Very accommodating hosts who provided secure storage for bike and (early) checkout in the morning. They had also prepared a take away breakfast in the morning to eat on the go.

Fabulous property, room and breakfast and lovely hosts, who were very helpful with tips for places to eat. Can thoroughly recommend to anyone who needs to stay in the area. I was just there for one night but would have happily stayed much longer.

A lovely B&B and the 2 hosts were ace first stay they rescued me from a stressful situation after driving 150miles to a hotel who said my booking was cancelled and no spare rooms. The rooms are comfy, super clean and easy to stay in. The breakfast was lovely, tasty and quick which again is great when you are working. Thanks again for your hospitality will be back when in this area for work! In fact am back a week later.

The beaumont is amazing place to stay. Easy to find and park. Outside sitting area.So welcoming and catered for my dietary needs. The room was lovely clean and warm .breakfast great freshly cooked . Very good value for money. Will definitely return and recommend to family .
