Just what we wanted…. A stylish unpretentious high quality hotel with attention to detail and excellent customer service. Massive compliments to the chef who prepared almost a Michelin level meals daily. Perfect location for our hiking holiday in Sieser Alm. Excellent transport links to Ortesei, Bolzano and many other places. Only wish we had had more time to relax by the pool ( we did a lot of walking). This is an Italian hotel with a lot of German speaking guests. Hotel staff speak enough English for British guests with small vocabulary of German to manage. Cannot recommend highly enough. If you do as we did and forget USB chargers they sell them near the checkout in Despar opposite!

Simply fantastic! Incredibly good food (deserved a star), beautiful rooms, best location in the village, (ski) bus directly in front of the hotel to the Alpe di Siusi and incredibly friendly, lovely staff - we will definitely be back, thank you very much for this wonderful stay!

Undoubtedly a 5-star experience. The rooms are new, clean, in true alpine style. Our room had a lovely view over Siusi’s central square. All the hotel facilities are modern and high standard - the pool, the spa and the lounge/reception. But what truly hit the spot for us was the restaurant - Michelin-level quality food made with local ingredients and flavours. Breakfast was excellent too - great variety of local products (the scrambled eggs with cheese and speck deserve a special mention!) Service is warm, family style. Location is perfect to ski in Alpe di Siusi. It’s the second time for us at this hotel and we will certainly be back.

Wonderful hotel, spotlessly clean, set in spectacular scenery. The food is incredible. Very talented chef! Ideally situated for great Trekking on the Sciliar Alp and access to cable cars. All staff very helpful.

Amazing hotel with very high service level. Rooms are just amazing. Very large rooms and very well thought for putting you at ease during your stay. Food is amazing at night and breakfast. The only improvements would be to open the restaurant at lunch time (only the snack bar is opened) and to create a gym. All the family lived our stay and we are looking forward to coming back. The area is also breathtaking with unbelievable landscape and many trekking paths.

I stayed here for a week at the end of July. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel both welcome and looked after. The room was modern and spotlessly clean. The restaurant was of a high quality with a vast selction of choices especially with the buffet option at breakfast and for the dinner appetiser. The staff were professional, efficient and friendly. The spa facilities were of a high standard and the massages in the beautifully equipped spa rooms was super relaxing. Special thanks to Ivan in the restaurant who catered to my every need and Nadine for the great, end of a long trekking day, massages.

Bellissima struttura. Personale molto gentile. La cena è ottima con piatti ricercati e ben presentati anche il servizio è di alto livello . AL nostro arrivo ci hanno dato una stanza di categoria superiore a quella che noi avevamo prenotato....SPA pulita e bella . Unico consiglio che mi permetterei di dare è quello di mettere dei lettini più confortevoli nella zona piscina.

Da estimatrice dell'eccellente ospitalità che offre l'Alto Adige, posso dire che l'Artnatur Dolomites ha qualcosa in più. Abbiamo apprezzato la splendida area termale, la camera spaziosa e curata, la posizione strategica, al centro di Siusi e vicina agli impianti. Ma ciò che abbiamo apprezzato di più è il personale della struttura: il Direttore ha saputo mettere insieme una squadra affiatata, accogliente, disponibile, professionale, sempre con il sorriso. Menzione speciale per lo chef, che ci ha deliziato con menu deliziosi e con una proposta di pesce fresco davvero sorprendente. Che dire? Speriamo di tornare presto.
