Very caring staff. They kept in touch with me the whole time before I came to the hotel. The hotel is very clean, the price is good, I definitely recommend this hotel. Sivas is also a very clean city. City Museum is free. People always want to help strangers.

Otel ***et güzel hoş temiz personeli ***et iyi fakat gel gelelim bi sauna hamam tarafına inelim dedik oradaki çalışanlar dövmekten beter ettiler . Özellikle oranın başında durumda 45 li yaşlardaki hanfendi ve diğer çalışanlar küfür eder gibi iş yapıyorlar. Öncelikle başka bir otelden memnun kalmayıp şehir merkezinde çok işlek bir caddede olduğundan dolayı tercih ettim. Memnun olduğum noktaları consierge çalışanı Mehmet Bey inanılmaz güler yüzlü yardımcı bir insan.Genel olarak çalışanlar düzgün. Odalar geniş ferah ve temizdi. Eski değildi cok yeni de değildi ama güzeldi. Havalimanı havaş servisi tam otelin önünden kalkıyor. Olumsuzluklara gelince otelin spası var başkaları tarafından işletiliyor ama bakımsız ve eski.Yenilenmeli. Kahvaltı ürünleri kötü,pis değil ama çeşit çok çok az, ekmek diye sadece bir gün akşamdan kalma pideleri koymuşlar. Kahvaltıyı geliştirmeleri lazım. Ben genel anlamda memnun kaldım. Yine gelsem konumundan, oteldeki huzurdan ve odanın ferahlığından dolayı bu otelde kalırım
