Owner very kindly and nicely ,always talk and service. About room is beautiful cave style. You can enjoy with bar 24 hrs they have many drink like local wine or beer. Location near center of the town that you can enjoy with supermarket, restaurants, and Coffee Shop

The hotel left a very good impression. Staying at this hotel will make you feel like you are in a historical palace. Cozy, clean, beautiful - I would definitely come back. Pleasant service staff, enchanting beautiful surroundings. Have warm clothes - the only time the rooms are really cold at night.

Just we have checked out from this hotel. It was our tour to Cappadocia. Everything is amazing. I liked interior design of our room (216 room). Three friends stayed there. I expected worse before coming because of its low price, but it turn out to be nice. You can not expect more at this price. Terrace was amazing. We tasted Cappadocian white wine in terrace with other guests and I can say that wine was perfect ( "Tursan White Wine". We bought it from Market which is next to hotel). The man who works in reception in night shift did his best to make us feel comfortable. I noticed that in buffet very old man works as a waiter. But he works very quick and well. Hotel with very small and stuffy rooms, no air conditioning, we couldn't sleep because of the heat. Very poor breakfast, only one of the receptionists speaks English. There is no entertainment, poor cleaning, our rooms weren't even vacuumed.

Didn't like it. The hotel seems atmospheric. The room is small. But the audibility in the bathroom leaves much to be desired, it's like the neighbors are behind the wall, and all their conversations, actions, are heard as if they are standing next to each other.. Breakfast.. Poor... No basic scrambled eggs, no porridge, nothing... Dinner.. Also disappointing.. There is an uncle who puts food on plates... He puts one spoon, which he smears on the plate.. That's enough.. No choice. Drinks /tea, coffee, water/ for an additional fee. For one night, no more..

Terrible attitude towards guests. We stayed at this hotel during a two-day excursion to Cappadocia. The rooms are cold, there is a strong smell of fabric softener. The breakfast is very poor. My son could not choose anything for himself, although he is not picky about food. We had a long journey to Side and wanted to take a couple of muffins for the road. The man did not let us take them out. Even explaining that they were for a child for the road did not help.

We were on a tour of Cappadocia and this hotel was a replacement. No choice. The rooms are ok, but ours was without a refrigerator and this was for 3 days at +35 🙃 and without air conditioning. Well, that's it. But the breakfast really saved its reputation for us. If they fixed these minuses, then it's ok for traveling.

They didn't let us sit in the lobby with our friends on New Year's Eve. Their aim was money, they took a ton of money from the drinks we drank. I don't think I will ever choose to go there again or recommend it to my friends.
