We have spent 2 weeks in this residence for 10 years. We might as well tell you without pretension that we know them well. We went there as a family then as a couple. If at one time we saw the residence and services deteriorate, this has not been the case for about 3 years. A competent, helpful and attentive team welcomes you. As proof: since their arrival, the residence has been very well maintained, the broken fencing, the rusty shutters, all this is a distant memory. The manager is smiling, welcoming and very attentive and we hope to see her again next year. (Just a quick note it would be good to change the bathroom trash cans)

We have just spent two weeks in this beautiful residence. An apartment with a magnificent view of the sea. The welcome is very professional and the staff are very pleasant and warm. The apartment was clean, the residence quiet with secure parking. Very well located a stone's throw from the port of Brusc, there are beautiful walks to take. We spent 15 days in the residence and as always we are really very satisfied. The apartment was very clean (thanks to the people in charge of cleaning who do a really good job) The welcome is warm and the manager Karen listens to our requests The apartment is functionally spacious and there is plenty of storage. Bathroom and bed linen as well as tea towels are provided upon arrival. Close to the port of Brusc and less than 10 minutes from supermarkets, the residence provides everything you need for a pleasant stay. We will come back to it for sure.

I should have read the comments before, 1 bedroom apartment with 2 small beds, terrible bedding, mattresses, pillows and duvets, when you arrive you have to make your bed when you go to collect your linen! Cleanliness to be reviewed.. Bathroom with bathtub, furniture damaged by water, kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, kettle, hob and microwave, no drain, so difficult to wash the dishes, no welcome kit, so even bring the sponge. Convertible sofa but limited space, bring your pillows because they are really big, which is unpleasant, the sofa is more or less comfortable for watching TV but the small pillows could do with a good cleaning.. Overall the decor is old, the apartment had air conditioning which I turned on but the blower at night because it was stuck to the window was very unpleasant I turned on the convectors. Arrival at 2 p.m. I had to wait until 4 p.m. for reception to open. I do not recommend this place there are much better things at six fours beaches

Very pleasant family stay in this beautiful residence! Common areas are maintained. The apartments are very well equipped, although with the heat in the region in summer I think we should consider installing air conditioning! The staff is very friendly and helpful ! The only thing missing at the residence's swimming pool is parasols so you can be in the shade.

No air conditioning, nonsense in this region. Deplorable bedding for a site classified 4*, we think we are dreaming, 80 cm wide beds for adults... as for the squeaky sofa bed. As for storage, this apartment is sold for 4 people with only 1 chest of drawers, when you stay 15 days apart from leaving your belongings in your suitcase, no other choice. For €3,000 for 2 weeks, it's excessive. In addition, I had reported that my wife had significant mobility problems. I was told by telephone that this apartment was accessible with only a few steps and that they were not very high. Results 12 steps to access reception and 17 steps to access the apartment. In addition, to access the terrace you have to climb a 40 cm step. Summary a real deception, we won't come back to that.
