The location is great,very close to the city center. One plus is the room size,they are spacious and comfortable. While the sheets were clean, the room overall was not clean, especially behind the bed, which was noticeably dusty and dirty. Housekeeping didn’t service the room or refresh towels during our stay. Breakfast was also not as advertised, starting much later than expected (around 10:30–11:00).If you're looking for a full hotel experience, this may fall short.

We arrived here very late after travelling all day and was greeted by a lovely lady who said the luxury room we had booked was unavailable but that we could stay in a standard room. The standard room was lovely very modern. We also ate at the on site restaurant. The steak was good. All in all a lovely one night stay

Booked a stay here via my travel agent. Had a query about bedding arrangements and so contacted the hotel directly who refused to honour my booking unless I cancelled with my travel agent and rebooked directly with them. All very dodgy. I went back to my travel agent who booked me in a different hotel who were altogether more accommodating. Very, very disappointing service. Beware.

We stayed at a hotel in Skopje for one night, the hotel has its own parking lot, but both the location of the hotel and the parking lot are where the Skopje Castle is located, and the Skopje Castle is not very safe, there are different types of people around at night, we did not have any problems entering and exiting the hotel, but it would be better if you were a little more careful when parking your car, we did not have any problems.
