Заказывал этот отель заранее, на одну ночь по дороге на море. Деньги за проживание списали сразу. В день приезда не получилось вовремя выехать из дома, поэтому заселиться на успевал. Попросил отменить бронь примерно за 10 часов до заезда. Надеялся, что это придорожный отель, где желающих заселиться по дороге на море должно быть очень много (как в других отелях подобного типа). Однако Администрация отеля отказала возвращать деньги. При этом мой номер в который я не успел заселиться 100% сдали другим. Думаю, что это очень скупо разменяться на две тысячи рублей и не пойти на встречу туристам. Никому не рекомендую этот отель, где хозяева жадные скупердяи, которые не идут на встречу простым туристам и наживаются на их проблемах!!!
