The stay has been very good. The staff is very attentive and the facilities are in very good condition. I would go back and recommend it.

Location is great, breakfast was decent, pool upstairs looked to be in pretty good shape. Overall, good for money and would stay again. Unfortunately, the TV’s had power cords rated for other countries outlets, so the TV’s didn’t work at all;(

The original Victoria Hotel was closed for a while and was tied up in a new hotel next door (PALACE). I heard that it is a hotel operated in the same place as PALACE. You must have just been lucky. I was so grateful for the room upgrade, but it was right in front of the elevator and when I left the bathroom door open, the smell of the sewer was so bad. Still, it was nice to have a cookie-like service. The staff were very friendly and the spa was great. ㅊr별 인지는 모르겠지만 늦게온 ㅅr람들은 다 ㅊㅔ크인 해주던데 우ㄹi만 물어보기전까지 안해줌. 방 ㅂrl정도 순수한 업그레이드인지 의심스러움. 그 정도로 ㅎr수구 냄새 심했음. 그ㄹrl도 몇명 빼곤 다 친절하게 해주었음.

Good size rooms, very clean and comfortable bedding. Good breakfasts in the form of a very generous buffet. Pleasant hotel swimming pool dug into the rock by the sea with an outdoor bar and snack bar for lunch. Very satisfactory stay overall. However, a new decoration of the common areas and restaurants seems desirable to me, because for the moment the hotel is certainly comfortable and of good quality but without charm.

Newly renovated and new configuration, cooking utensils are readily available. Across the road is a bus station and a boat dock. You can go to other islands, which is very convenient. Turn left 300 meters and then left, there is a big supermarket.

Hotel with good potential given the location and the rooms. Unfortunately on the first day we couldn't take a shower because brown water came out. We had a problem with the pipes, a pet attendant arrived to let the water out but after hours with the tap open they had only wasted a lot of water without solving the problem. At night and early in the morning I was woken up by the strong smell of cooking which probably came from the air conditioner. Nauseating smell! This problem has also not been resolved. When asking for help at reception they said there was nothing they could do! Sin

This hotel has a great location and service is very good. All the staff were helpful and nice. Breakfast was good. Would thoroughly recommend.
