The first time I went to the front desk: the key card I was given didn't work.
The second time I went to the front desk: the door could be entered, but there was no power.
The third time I called the front desk: the air conditioner could not be adjusted and could only be controlled at the front desk. It was not unlocked until I left the hotel. It was too cold at night, so I had to turn on the main switch.
And then there’s the interior of the room:
1. I don’t have slippers, so I’d at least mop them clean, but after just a few steps, my socks were all black.
2. There is only a small trash can in the toilet in the whole room, and it is difficult to open, especially the large size. Do you want us to open it by hand?
3. The napkins are only toilet rolls.
In the end, the more I thought about it, the weirder it became. The front desk was polite and even apologetic on the surface, but couldn't this problematic room be sold specifically to Chinese people?

The location is very convenient, next to the largest shopping mall in Sliema and close to the pier, but the hotel facilities can only be regarded as a business hotel, and the sound insulation is relatively poor.

This hotel is a 10 minute walk uphill from the Waterfront and the ferry. Reception and breakfast area resembles a school dormitory. The rooms are small and have absolutely no shelves or hanging space. There is not even a folding luggage rack. Lighting in the room is glaring wire covered naked bulbs. The bathroom is accessed by a heavy door on an industrial hinge that closes with a loud bang. There is nowhere in the bathroom to set down a toothbrush let alone ANY Toiletries. Rooftop bar is unattended. Rooftop pool looks like a half size shipping container. We booked and paid for 3 nights, and walked away after one. P.S lucky to find accommodation at the Waterfront hotel for the next two nights, where we were offered prosecco as we checked in, and greeted by a concierge that wanted us to know that she was there to help.

Best hotel I have stayed at. The staff was amazing, location I could not fault. Was great for getting around the island. So easy to hire a car and visit all the hidden locations. If you stay here you will not regret it. Malta is a stunning island - thank you Eleven for making this the best holiday I have had.

Just spent an unforgettable week in this beautiful modern hotel. Lovely room with all the amenities you could need as well as the most comfortable bed ever. Staff could not have been nicer with a special mention to Khiera the front of house manager who had lots of suggestions on the best things to do and see. Hotel is in great central location for exploring all that Malta has to offer. The most Beautiful place. We will definitely be back. Looking forward to trying other hotels from the Warren Collection. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lovely apartment hotel to use as a base to explore Malta. Great rooftop pool and terrace, comfortable beds and lovely friendly helpful staff. Within easy walking distance of the promenade but down a quiet side street , so nice and quiet for a good night’s sleep before busy days exploring the island. What more could you want?
