The room was very clean and well arranged. The furnishings seemed new and well maintained. The room was a bit small for the price, but it included a tiny kitchen with a sink, a microwave oven and a coffee machine. There were only 2 coffee pods provided. The bed was very good, neither too soft nor too hard, and the bed linen was truly luxurious. The hotel does not have a 24hr reception desk but one code opens both the main door and the room door. Overall it was a pleasant stay and I would suggest this hotel.

The first time I went to the front desk: the key card I was given didn't work.
The second time I went to the front desk: the door could be entered, but there was no power.
The third time I called the front desk: the air conditioner could not be adjusted and could only be controlled at the front desk. It was not unlocked until I left the hotel. It was too cold at night, so I had to turn on the main switch.

This hotel is a 10 minute walk uphill from the Waterfront and the ferry. Reception and breakfast area resembles a school dormitory. The rooms are small and have absolutely no shelves or hanging space. There is not even a folding luggage rack. Lighting in the room is glaring wire covered naked bulbs. The bathroom is accessed by a heavy door on an industrial hinge that closes with a loud bang. There is nowhere in the bathroom to set down a toothbrush let alone ANY Toiletries. Rooftop bar is unattended. Rooftop pool looks like a half size shipping container. We booked and paid for 3 nights, and walked away after one. P.S lucky to find accommodation at the Waterfront hotel for the next two nights, where we were offered prosecco as we checked in, and greeted by a concierge that wanted us to know that she was there to help.
