Citizen suites of Mallta together with ******* robbed me of €1027.34. In fact, from February 28th to March 28th, a rent of €1071.70 was paid. However, I was forced to leave the property on March 2nd because they did not provide me with hot water service. So I had to book a new hotel at a cost of €1359 for the current month. The manager of Citizen Suites no longer responds to my messages and the agent of ******* that I contacted has not contacted me again to resolve the problem. It is obvious that if the structure did not guarantee me the hot water service, I have the right to withdraw and be reimbursed for the 26 days in which I will not stay in that structure obviously. I also invite Tripadvisor to shed light on this type of scam and intervene in defense of those who fall for them.
