What a splendid hotel! We spent a wonderful holiday here. Amenities were perfect, and the location was great. Only 5 mins to the ferry terminal. Also many lovely restaurants nearby. Staff were kind and helpful. Highly recommend

I was so grateful for the room upgrade, but it was right in front of the elevator and when I left the bathroom door open, the smell of the sewer was so bad. Still, it was nice to have a cookie-like service. The staff were very friendly and the spa was great.
ㅊr별 인지는 모르겠지만 늦게온 ㅅr람들은 다 ㅊㅔ크인 해주던데 우ㄹi만 물어보기전까지 안해줌. 방 ㅂrl정도 순수한 업그레이드인지 의심스러움. 그 정도로 ㅎr수구 냄새 심했음. 그ㄹrl도 몇명 빼곤 다 친절하게 해주었음.

Disappointed with the room: a bit small, some points should have been redone. We were upgraded, but that's not the impression it gave. Tiny balcony with a horrible view overlooking a construction site (see photo). Otherwise the staff is great, the facilities are beautiful and the breakfast was really good. Too bad for the room which clearly lowers the level of the hotel.
