Lovely stay in this hotel the only criticism is there was hardly any staff around during our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Easy access to Windsor Castle or the airport the next day. You need to write your nationality and name when you check in. This is a strange requirement that I have not heard of in the UK for many years. If you buy a 9.9-pound breakfast, you must show your ID before you can pay in cash. But you can pay cash directly at the restaurant the next day. The feeling is not very good, but the room is comfortable.

Clean and pleasant hotel. Staff were helpful when asked for anything. Room was clean. Comfy bed as expected from all the hype. My only negative was that the parking. I knew there wasn’t any on site parking but it didn’t feel safe for a female and child. We arrived after dark and the suggested car park was closed with lots of people hanging around and I had to park under the Travelodge which was pitch black and quite intimidating.
