Отель уютный ,в номере чайник ,чашки ,приборы ,чисто ,приятно,вкусные завтраки по меню в кафе в соседнем здании ,модно выбрать 4 вида завтрака , единственное- плохая шумоизоляция,слышно соседей ,а все целом - очень приличный отель

Отель очень понравился. Хорошие номера, отличный сервис. Персонал просто замечательный!!! Завтрак вполне нормальный. До центра можно пешком, но лучше на трамвае 3 остановки. Город понравился также. Интересные музеи, а такого количества памятников на кв.км. пожалуй мало где есть. Город также зелёный, приятно гулять, есть парки, исторические пешеходные улицы. Впечатления очень хорошие от всей поездки.

Была в Смоленске 3 дня, номер на 2ом этаже, в номере все что нужно, но нет хотя бы маленького холодильника. Летом это актуально. А так все хорошо, куллер с водой в номере, чайник, посуда. Очень удобная кровать, спала, как младенец. Администраторы очень любезны. Завтраки вполне сытные. Все хорошо.

Ужаснейшее и бесчеловечное отношение персонала! Никому не рекомендую оказаться в этом месте. Еще за пару месяцев у нас был забронирован номер с 3 по 5 января. Считаю, что у меня весьма не маленький опыт путешествий по России, но с таким столкнулась впервые: мы приходим в отель в районе 17 часов дня в день заселения, а наша бронь оказывается отменена! Вдумайтесь, на дворе новогодние праздники. Все везде занято. Персонал попросту оставил человека на улице!!! Пренеприятнейшая девушка на ресепшн аргументировала отмену брони тем, что я не ответила на звонок (с незнакомого номера), который поступил в районе 16 часов, и уже через несколько минут на почту поступило письмо с отменой бронирования. Перед этим пришла некомпетентное сообщение опять-таки с незнакомого номера. Ни в одних правилах отелей нет предписания, что при не ответе на звонок в течение часа бронь аннулируется! Ни один нормальный отель не аннулирует бронь в 17 часов дня заселения. Ни один нормальный отель не отменяет бронь через час после отсутствия ответа гостя в день заселения, а держит бронь до конца суток, а по поводу подтверждения связывается не меньше чем за сутки да к тому же с корпоративного аккаунта в том же вотсаппе или с помощью письма на почту, а не смс в весьма неприятной форме. Вероятнее всего, персонал попросту решил нажиться на постояльцах в новогодние праздники и отменил мое бронирование в угоду брони других людей за больший чек. Ведь при нашем появлении сначала нас приняли за тех самых людей)))

Очень понравился отель, в пешей доступности магазин,аптека, рестораны, за 20 минут можно уже быть в центре Смоленска. Номер чистый, все в наличии (принадлежности, полотенца, халат и тапочки). Позавтракать по карточке можно в ресторане напротив. Все продумано. Вежливый персонал. Если будем в Смоленске, то только сюда.
