Цена не соответствует условиям. Везде гербы и патриарх, а в номере подушки воняют, под наволочкой разводы на подушках. Как можно дожить гостей на таких подушках?? Матрас тоже видимо столетний, прощупываются железки под тканью. Душевая кабина требует ремонта, ещё и с грибком... Чистота на 2(( не приятно. Пододеяльник порван. К интернету подключится не получилось, с иностранным номером, вот так приедь и не можешь даже близким отписаться. Что за система такая, нельзя разве просто пароль поставить??? Обязательно нужно звонить куда-то, чтоб вай фай подключить, а не можешь тк нет рос карточки. На завтрак не остались, проспали 7 часов и уехали. Такая колоссальная разница с гостиницей в которой ночевали вчера, в Беларуси. Там в три раза дешевле, чистота, постели хрустят, матрас, подушки, всё удобное чистейшее и свежайшее. Персонал огонь, завтрак шикарный за три копейки шведский стол, ещё и за ребенка не нужно платить . Такая разница

Забронировали гостиницуи на 1 ночь. Гостиница состоит из нескольких корпусов с большой территорией. Номера соответствуют плохой тройке. Завтрак очень скромный: из овощей былл только невкусный салат из капусты, а на десерт ниаакой выпечки и даже печенья, а только яблоки и апельсины. Подача блюд тоже не на высоте - хлеб лежит в корзинке, но предварительно спрятан в полиэтиленовый мешочек от выветривания. Выглядит совсем неаппетитно. Администратор была не то чтобы недружелюбной, она, скорее, не может быстро и четко дать ответ и из всего делала неразрешимую трагедию (например, из за того, что мы не распечатали квитанцию об оплате номера). Плюс, нам сказали, что завтрак стоит 300 руб за номер, а оказалось, что с человека. На просьбу в следующий раз не вводить в заблуждение по поводу стоимости завтрака, она еще раз сказала, что они все правильно говорят: 300 рублей за номер это означает, что за двоих будет 600. В общем, не стала спорить, т.к. против такой логики сложно найти аргумент. Кровать, а точнее матрас жутко неудобно - спать на нем было больно, потому что какие-то жесткие неровности впивалось в тело. В эту гостиницу больше ни ногой.
