Very nice hotel, staff not really friendly I don’t know why they are so untrained when you enter the place and the receptionist won’t even greet you but just looks away it’s weird .. please train your staff better the least you could expect from an employee is that they great their guests. Room wasn’t really cleaned well they didn’t even change the sheets. The room was dusty.
The hotel is very pretty, amazing spa, the employees in the restaurant were all really amazing in their job.
Nice breakfast, roomservice served the food didn’t pick up the dishes and table until the next day .. it’s a beautiful hotel but the staff really needs training.

Location was excellent! Everything was perfect. Nice staff, cleanless, very nice lake view! The breakfast was fabulous and varied. SPA Center has wet sauna, hot sauna, pool, fitness and a small salt room. The masseuse was top notch really felt relaxed and refreshed.

I stayed at this amazing hotel already 3 times and it was everything perfect always, location , quality of sleep , breakfast and the spa JUST AMAZING !!! You must try the massage to if you have a stay here. My favorite is the breakfast, JUST PERFECT!!! And the staff is so nice and welcoming, Can t wait to be back!!!

Best services and many opportunities to spend time with family. We were pleased to discover a very good menu, special for vegetables. Special thanks to waier Magda who treated us excellent. Excellent pool with jacuzzi and in the morning is quiet and you can hear the birds singing 😀

I had an incredible experience at the Hotel! The staff was very friendly, the room was simply incredible, really like a dream in such a well-located area of the city! I want to go back as soon as possible, because right now it seems like the best place to be on earth. Simply delighted!

A special experience, a warm place near the city. All facilities available, friendly staff. I will come back with pleasure. I'm hardly convinced to write about the places I go, but here I thought it was worth it. I went for the first time almost two years ago and have been coming back ever since.

It was great to visit Snagov Club. I was looking for event facilities , in order to organise something special , out of the city , in a cosy atmosphere. I was welcomed properly and Inhas the chance to visit all the facilities . I decided to have a lunch and the quality of food , coming in a nice platting option was top notch . The service was discrete , professional , exactly the way I like it . Well done to the entire team !

We enjoyed 2 fun days for our teambuilding in a great atmosphere, with a highly professional and helpful staff and amazing food. The activities in place were perfectly suitable for our group - lovely outdoor pool and the boat rides on the Snagov lake are a must!
