Stayed one night here recently and also had dinner. The pub has a decent amount of parking and a very nice interior with a good choice of local beer. My room was lovely. The bed was very comfortable and the shower excellent albeit with some temperature fluctuations suggesting it may need servicing. The room was warm but a fan was provided ensuring a good sleep. We ordered a 5 bean chilli which was very mediocre. No depth of flavour and an almost undercooked texture. Fish and chips was overpriced and the chips were absolutely dreadful. They were more like enormous wedges with skins on but soggy and undercooked at the same time. Nobody cane to check up on our eating experience. Whilst paying I complained about the quality of the chips in particular. The staff member blamed a colleague and proceeded to charge me full price. If I hadn't been staying there I would have demanded our food be taken off the bill it was that dire. In the morning I was locked in as the pub downstairs was closed while I was leaving. Had to walk back upstairs with my cases and down another flight of stairs where I took my leave via the fire escape steps!?!

Had a lovely night at Brewers Arms. The new owners were so accommodating and kind. Great pub with fun events. And finished with a great breakfast. We were in town for a wedding at Carlton Towers, so convenient location. Owner Will helped us secure transportation to the estate.

With little choice in Snaith the Brewers Arms was recommended to me. An expensive option I had reasonable hopes it would be good. Check in was sketchy with a young staff member who struggled with some details ie the after hours entrance via a steel staircase that was referred to but despite requests not shown. My room was dusty, dirty in places, had a wardrobe that wouldn't shut with clothes on it, the bathroom floor needed a scrub and no loo roll. Service from the bar was very slow despite low guest numbers, preferring to chat with other staff rather than deal with customers. Breakfast was basic, cereals and juice station not explained, no conversation re how was the food which was average at best. I was the only guest staying at the Brewers that night, felt like it hadn't been stayed in for a while but at £125 a night it was not anywhere near value for money. I didn't complain I just wanted to get out of there and start my journey home.

My brother and I stayed here 1 night whilst walking the Trans Pennine trail. We are so glad we did: friendly atmosphere; lovely staff; clean & beautiful rooms and great food. Particularly enjoyed the locally brewed ale they serve. Special mention to the manager for looking after us so well.

We called in for a family meal. I was appalled at how dirty it is. The chef needs to wash her overalls and not serve food looking like that. It was disgusting. The food was sub standard, Would definitely not recommend.
