Very clean, beautifully furnished rooms (nothing is missing), super friendly staff, great breakfast (especially suitable for various intolerances), underground car park also suitable for large vehicles (pick-up).
The location is also very good - it's easy to get to Venice, Verona or Lake Garda

Amazing hotel in the centre of a lovely little historical town. The staff are super kind, and very attentive. The room was facing out over a little river. It was very clean, and the bed was super comfy. I would highly recommend to anyone 😊 Thank you for a great stay

The hotel itself was okay, not very clean but we had somewhere to sleep at least. However, getting out of Soave into Verona or anywhere else for that matter is a complete nightmare! Buses only come once an hour and it takes about 50 minutes to actually get to Soave after you’ve paid 15 Euros one way. The hotel tax is also mental! We paid £50 euros for a 5 night stay for 3 people… Overall the hotel is okay if your only wanting to stay in soave and nowhere else.

Well-located just outside the medieval town walls it's offering top-quality service, extremely well-furnished and decorated rooms, convenient beds, an extraordinary breakfast buffet and very friendly and helpful employees making your stay highly enjoyable! Bisogna assolutamente migliorare la pulizia e la colazione, che non sono assolutamente degne di un 4 stelle. Il personale è stato molto cortese, ma i due aspetti descritti sopra, non sono affatto adeguati e peggiorano molto l’esperienza. Camera angusta senza porta valigia, comodino inesistente.

Hotel in ottima posizione (purtroppo scarseggiano i parcheggi, occorre cercare nelle vicinanze posti in strada). Stanze pulitissime e ampie. Purtroppo devo dare una nota negativa al materasso..😅 mi spiace molto ma sia io che il mio compagno abbiamo dormito malissimo e sottolineo il fatto che ci adattiamo sempre ovunque. Inoltre il caldo nella stanza era troppo, meglio se abbassate un pochino la temperatura... Colazione sufficente, non propriamente da 4 stelle, ma comunque ok. Cameriera gentilissima (al contrario dell'addetto alla reception al nostro arrivo le cui parole pronunciate sono state solo per chiederci a che nome era la prenotazione)...

Hotel favoloso! Accoglienza eccellente 😍 Prezzo super conveniente, abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte con la colazione compresa, il prezzo è ottimo pur essendo un 4 stelle. Le camere accoglienti, profumate e pulitissime. La colazione speciale: dal dolce al salato!
