The hotel is located on the seaside. It is clean and hygienic. It can be said that it faces the sea. There are many restaurants around. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is relatively good. However, there is construction on the side and the noise is very loud.

The review will be long... we are very unhappy with the choice of the hotel, under the beautiful appearance of the hotel and rooms, the pompous cars that are parked there, there is an absolute discrepancy with the price of 35 k per day. 1) The rooms are beautiful, but everything is not functional, there is practically no cold water in the bathroom, the rain shower is leaking, and the latch in the toilet does not close. 2) The construction nearby really spoils everything, but the noise is not bad, with a closed balcony it doesn’t interfere, but the view is so-so. 3) You will spend a very long time figuring out the functionality of the room, how to turn on the lights, how to set up the climate control, which is of terrible quality, a bunch of supposedly cool buttons that are not needed. 4) I’ll say one thing about the staff, there is one comrade there with an ambiguous name, Yakov, he wasn’t rude to us, but communicating with him created a feeling (why did you come here anyway?) He was rude to a woman in front of us, who asked where the elevator was, we also had to pay for early check-in for 3 hours 50% of the cost of the day; in other hotels, no less expensive, they did not charge us money. 5) All of the above pales in comparison with the descent to the sea and the beach itself; if you are going specifically to the sea, and you are not an athlete, then this is not the place for you. Firstly, the descent and ascent will be no worse than the stairs in Ford Boyard, with the Sochi climate, it will be very unpleasant to go up, that’s for sure, the hotel has a beach, they will give you free water there, which cannot be said about the minibar in the room, where everything is not priced you can put it down, but the beach is very funny, like a pen for sheep, 2x2, while you go into the sea, there is a chance of breaking your legs 6) The pool and the hotel area, and the descent to the sea itself, is not finished, there is a chance of getting tangled in the wires or catching a nail in the sole . Total: A hotel in the center for 35k+ days, only with breakfast, with paid parking, a terrible beach and a descent to it, does not meet its price. I don’t recommend it, book something else, I’ve been to a lot of hotels, both expensive and average, but this is the biggest disappointment........

A wonderful hotel in the center of Sochi. Very convenient location, all the necessary infrastructure is nearby. Excellent balanced breakfasts, special attention to homemade salmon ☺️ Attentive staff, special thanks to the responsive Ksenia Dementieva (concierge) who took care of my flowers with all her heart! The employees are the greatest value in the hotel!
