The hotel is located on the seaside. It is very large and has its own independent beach. The hotel is clean and hygienic, but the facilities are a bit old. The hotel was originally renovated from an old house. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Проживали сейчас семьей, брали два номера. Отель супер, погода все пять дней 13-16 солнышко, территория зеленая, красивая и очень тихо, на веранде чилили все дни одни. Кухня отличная, просекко 👌🏻
Заказ еды в номер идеально, быстро, вкусно
Красивая сервировка.
Однозначно рекомендую к посещению, вернемся вновь.

One of the best hotels i had a pleasure to stay in. Clean, spacious rooms with an amazing view. Breakfast is nice. Amazing SPA and swimming pool. Huge thanks to Front Desk and Concierge team for a wonderful holiday.

It’s a gorgeous luxury hotel with beach view. There is everything you may need, from Recreation: Tennis court, kids club , Fitness center to Luxury small boutique of Italian Brands. The room is spacious and elegant with all the necessary amenities. It has large minibar with delicious snacks. - wonderful food and professional service from the restaurants , loved the Asian restaurant with the sea view . - Breakfast buffet is exceptional. - Spa : We tried Balinese couple massage. It was amazing . (Widiya- Balinese herself) - was just Amazing . She made sure I was Comfortable and relaxed the most. - Excellent service from all the staffs. They made sure we had Amazing time. Also I want to highlight, on arrival , we remember that we forgot a medicine and didn’t want to go back to the city center to buy it, we asked the hotel Reception if they could help us to buy it . They arranged it very quick.

A year ago I was here. I liked everything. This year there have been changes with the hotel and places not in the best. In the restaurant, apart from the beautiful interior and appearance, upset absolutely everything. You wait half an hour, drinks. Which can bring in the first 5-10 minutes. Terrible service from the waiter Daria, with a high, as if doing a favor when answering questions. Irritated, unwilling to serve. In general, apparently, bad luck with the waiter. I think for such a place it is unacceptable. Food for two plus. Ordered a thin cheek. We brought us a piece of beef from a residential that does not chew. And it should decay from softness. It was not possible to eat - remark. The chef justified that such brought meat and cook softer is not possible. Food and beverage prices at the restaurant are, in my opinion, unreasonable.

The hotel itself is beautiful, also all rooms are ok. We liked the territory of the resort, it is almost like a dendrarium. First disappointment is that they totally ignore all.accor privilege status, most of the usual perks will be available. This is the first time that a accor hotel had so little regard for the loyalty status. Second disappointment is that the hotel is not safe, keep your eye on your belongings. We have forget airpods pro in a hotel room after checking out and they said they were never found (but we know for a fact that they were left in the hotel room which is also confirmed by locator). Breakfast were moderate, not suitable for 5* hotel, but ok, that is not the main thing at the seaside. They have very good restaurants in the hotel. Wifi speed is fair. For a 4* hotel I would put 5* review if they wouldn't stole my airpods, but for a 5* hotel I would say it is a weak 4*.
