Расположение отеля конечно потрясающее сразу выход на набережную. Но все остальное конечно оставляет желать лучшего. Маленький номер с маленькой кроватью хотя заявлена большая, тапочки только при заселение. Зубной набор мыло тоже только при заселение , то есть живёшь 5 дней чисти зубы не понятно чем ни мыла ни зубной пасты ни щетки Так что лучше брать с собой Ладно хоть шампунь и гель налили в бутылки по половине флакона Экономия везде Бутылка воды одна на человека при заселение На рессепшене кулер сразу же сломался при заселение то есть даже воды не откуда взять Кофе 2 шт чай 2шт и сахара по 2 пакетика тоже только один раз при заселение Вода в раковине не уходит Завтрака нет не предусмотрено даже за деньги, только в соседних кафе. Если на все это не обращать внимание то может быть кому то зайдет Так как выход сразу на набережную

Отдыхали с семьей в отеле Портофино, приехали всего на пару дней, так как цены просто космос. Настроение каждый день портила горничная, орала с выпученными глазами , указывала где и как надо сидеть, мне в положении было очень тревожно слышать эти замечания, доводила меня до истерик, впечатление от отдыха было испорчено. К чистоте отеля претензий нет, но администратора, который покрывал хамство своей служащей и горничную, надо поставить на место, сервис на нуле
