Wonderful hotel, incredible room, friendly staff, full of incredible surprises. Judging by the photos of the place, we expected a lot, but we were pleasantly surprised, it's even better than on the internet. The restaurant is excellent, the hotel is clean and full of different spaces. I simply loved it, I will definitely come back again.

The hotel itself has a very beautiful structure and landscaping. There are courts, a swimming pool, game rooms, and a heated pool. The rooms are old and could use some renovations. I also found them dark. The restaurant has good food and beautiful architecture. The staff is helpful and prompt in filling in any missing items. However, what needs improvement compared to other hotels is the recreation. On the weekend I was there, there were few children, but compared to other hotels of the same size that I have visited, I found the recreation to be weak. The uncles and aunts did not go after the children to invite them to the recreational activities, so the few children that were there were very distracted. The lake was a little dirty. The children's recreation area seemed "abandoned" and was not used much. I believe that for a sunny weekend, the activities need to be better organized, otherwise it will become a hotel basically for using the pool. I would like to pay special attention to the accommodations and the children's recreation area. I think these are the points that could be improved.

Hotel completo, alimentação muito boa, gostamos bastante, o pessoal da recreação são maravilhosos. Só peço ao hotel que usem comandas assinadas para marcarem as bebidas, pois da diferença na hora do pagamento, pois haviam bebidas que eu não tomei, mas o hotel desmarcou no pagamento. É isso. Este hotel em Socorro é simplesmente incrível. Tive a oportunidade de me hospedar na suíte Premium, que foi reformada recentemente e posso dizer que cada detalhe foi pensado com muito bom gosto e carinho. Foi uma experiência incrível passar os dias por lá. O hotel conta com uma ampla infraestrutura, ideal para casais e famílias por ter grande diversidade de atividades. O restaurante conta com diversas opções de pratos e sobremesas.

Fiz uma reserva em um chalé ofertado pelo hotel como de luxo, para comemorar o aniversário de minha esposa, foi criada uma expectativa através das fotos vistas, chegamos no dia 02/01 e para decepção de toda família as fotos não condiziam com a realidade do quarto, após chamar o gerente e reclamar do chalé, que não tem ar condicionado nos quartos, frigobar velho enferrujado carregado de gelo, banheiros velhos com espelhos oxidados, que não dá para ver o próprio reflexo, camas ruins e barulhentas, o mesmo me levou para ver um quarto, que aceitei a troca, mas na hora de mudar, informou que não foi autorizado pela diretora, que se quer apareceu para falar conosco, porque estávamos com um pet ( de 2,5kg), e sendo eles um hotel pet friendly. Devolveram o dinheiro e pediram para procurar um outro hotel no centro da cidade(como se fosse fácil encontrar locais bons com disponibilidade nessa época do ano), arrasados procuramos uma pousada para passar a noite e voltamos para São Paulo no dia seguinte, dia do aniversario da minha esposa. Gastamos quase 6 horas na estrada, pousada para pernoitar, combustível, pedágios e a viagem para comemorar o aniversário de minha esposa terminou dessa forma.

Fiquei satisfeita com a minha estadia no Grinberg's! O hotel conta com um espaço enorme, com uma grande variedade de opções para toda a família. As atividades monitoradas para as crianças são um diferencial, com muita diversão para os pequenos. E não só para as crianças que são feitas as atividades, para os adultos também. O hotel é bem limpo, e os diversos ambientes, como áreas de lazer e descanso, são agradáveis e bem cuidados. O restaurante onde o café da manhã é servido foi recém reformado e é bonito, mas não achei que conta com muita variedade. A acomodação em que fiquei denominada como apartamento luxo poderia ser um pouco mais moderna, pois os detalhes do quarto parecem um pouco antigos. Apesar disso, é muito amplo e estava extremamente limpo e sem qualquer tipo de cheiro incômodo. O hotel ganha muitos pontos pois a piscina aberta pode ser utilizada 24h, enquanto que a aquecida pode ser utilizada até às 22h. Ponto também para a hidromassagem que fica mais distante e por isto mesmo se torna uma opção quase privativa e relaxante. Obrigada a toda equipe do hotel!
