Классный отель, уезжали отсюда нехотя, поэтому спешу оставить отзыв для других путешественников. Особых ожиданий от отдыха в Абхазии не строила, но отель по фоткам на сайте и отзывам вроде понравился. Спойлер: все оказалось как и на сайте, неприятных сюрпризов не было. При заселении номер подготовили хорошо, на протяжении всего отпуска уборка была ежедневной, не забывали пополнять расходники (гели, шампуни). В куллерах на этаже всегда была вода. Далее, завтраки по системе шведского стола. Изначально, я думала что выбор будет больше и как-то мне будет не из чего выбирать, но по факту все нормально. Несколько видов каш, омлет, колбаса, сыр, выпечка, кофе/чай/морс. Всего достаточно, изо дня в день меню не сильно менялось, но были какие-то отличные позиции. Бассейн большой, глубина разная, подойдет для тех кто уверенно плавает, и для тех кто не очень, в начале мелко, а к концу максимальная глубина. Чистили бассейн ежедневно, что приятно. Море рядом, в один день купались когда вода бушевала и были водоросли, но чаще всего было идеально чистое. По развлечениям, что-то было для детей и для взрослых, но мы в основном в это время были заняты экскурсиями или прогулками по городу, в общем, кто не организовал себе такую программу, не соскучатся в отеле.

They lived in the room standard improved with balcony and sea view.
