The property is located on highway and provides a amazing opportunity to indulge in nature with all possible amenities. The behavior of staff especially Ravi from housekeeping and Dalip from front office is very good. We enjoyed our stay with family and highly recommend this property.

Superb pet friendly hotel as our pet daughter went on her first staycation in hills on our marriage anniversary's Everything was perfect, rooms ,food ,staff cleanliness, resort, spa services & beautiful views, upon arrival we and our pet were greeted very warmly by reception staff, Sandhya & Rajan and the restaurant staff preeti, happy, Neeraj, Dalip gave us everything we asked for our pet daughter and ourselves and very good spa therapist Aasain, we will come back for sure soon

Its 24hr stay in the Fern. It was a combination of amazing, mesmerizing, delicious, beautiful words for the resort. Courteous hospitality specially thanks to Ms Preeti and Ms Happy for serving a Wow breakfast... Rooms and the View is fabulous. It's a lovely stay with family and friends captured a lot of precious moments, will stay long Surely will visit again

Thanks to Mr. Praveen, GM and Mr. Amit Sharma housekeeping manager for making our stay comfortable. Very nice and serene location. Food is very good with variety to choose from. Himachali Dham served for the dinner was very delicious. Hi-tea and live music was also nice. The fern club rooms were spacious and have all modern amenities. The property gardens are well maintained and Pet friendly. We had an overall great experience.

Very good and supportive staff right from the reception to the restaurants. We were assisted by Gautam at the reception. Very supportive. He gave us good deals. They also adjusted our dinner which we missed because of late arrival into the next day lunch. So supportive. The staff at the restaurant is so caring and simple. The chef's are talented. Very tasty aloo parantha. The curd was simply delicious and fresh. The view from the outside seating dining area is calm and peaceful with a fresh breeze always. We were served by a sweet girl Priti. Very attentive and courteous she is. We loved everything about this hotel. It is not exactly in kasauli, it is on the highway in dharampur. We can get taxis for kasauli or a bus.

The stay was very good and comfortable and the food is really nice. The service done by Happy is really considerable. She hosted us very politely and helped us a lot. The breakfast menu was good and kids were happy with the bakery items. The hotel has a good city view ***** with hill view.

The hotel is really nice, the service is a bit slow but otherwise one of the very good hotels in here. One of the staff members who served breakfast and lunch is Happy, she is one of the sweetest staff and always listening and asking how we are doing; definitely 5 stars for her service.
