Solan Hotels with Wi-Fi

Our stay spanned January 31st to February 2nd, encompassing six reserved rooms. Positive aspects included spacious and comfortable accommodations, exceptional housekeeping service, and high-quality food. However, we experienced significant shortcomings with staff professionalism. Front-of-house and restaurant staff exhibited rigidity and rudeness, failing to provide standard amenities such as complimentary fruit platters and requiring bill signatures prior to meal service. Specifically, Mr. Hemant and Mr. Raj demonstrated unprofessional conduct.

Resort is beautiful and quality of service and food is quite good. My family enjoyed the stay. Excellent play area to keep kids happy. My child enjoyed the trampoline jumps. Staff is polite and helpful. Only critical issue: in-room tv set-top box was not working. This is not acceptable as t20 world cup is on-going. It could not be fixed even after repeated complaints. And watching matches on projector (without sound) in common area is not a good experience. These basic things must be resolved promptly. Another issue: springs in bed mattress would make too much noise even during small movements, disturbing sleep. Caution point: accessibility to the resort is poor. Last 1. 5km road is very narrow and mostly unpaved. Need to be cautious while planning trips particularly in monsoon season. Also, it's quite far from kasauli town (about 30min drive one side, so if multiple site seeing is planned, this resort may not be the best location to stay.

Property’s location : it’s in dochi. Few kms away from main road going towards mall road. Condition of road is patchy but location wise it’s good. Peaceful. Food & restaurant : it’s awesome. The way they serve and the options available are perfect. For me it’s 10/10. Amenities & services: 10/10 swimming pool, sitout areas, cabana like sitting, lobby, lobby’s washroom, gesture & attention, outdoor activities, all are just perfect. However, game’s room needs improvement. In short i loved it. Thanks

It was a great place peaceful and the resort was amazing and the rooms wear cozy with great mountain view. The person who told about it was abhinav and he was very helpful regarding the way from dharampur to kausauli as I was getting confused so he was helpful regarding everything

We had a blissful stay at this beautiful property surrounded by the magical pines. The restaurant area is the main highlight of the property. It is well maintained and menu is fulfilling. Bar is good with reasonable pricing. Only drawback is the ongoing construction work at the property. Overall worth a visit.

Wether you are looking for the best accomodation or the best food, the only place that comes to my mind is The Amritara, this is one of the best hotel and restaurant in kasauli. I stayed there for 2 days, they have the perfect rooms with hill facing view. The staff was very friendly and gave us the best service. There restaurant have the best food in Kasauli.
