The complex is very nice and clean, acceptable food, they don't have many dishes, the prices are a bit high for what they offer..Who wants to visit that area, I only recommend this complex and that's it. There is nothing else in that area. A holiday for people over 50. I recommend the hotel, but not the area..

This is one amazing hotel to stay at. the facilities are absolutely outstanding staff very friendly and have very good English so if you don't speak Italian don't worry speak very good English. The room I stayed in was top notch in great condition and was looked after very well after day. Overall this hotel is one of the best would recommend for anyone

Nice hotel in a pretty location, nice pools, food average. Reception staff friendly, comfortable room. Music loud and late a bit unnecessary perhaps. A few areas require attention to detail. ( dirty towels outside toilet area all week) Massage amazing once located. Could do with some English speaking staff!

There is loud (uncensored) music EVERY NIGHT until MIDNIGHT. There is no conditioner or body wash provided, only four small bottles of shampoo. The bathroom doors are SEE THROUGH. Whose idea was that? The only good thing about this hotel is its aesthetic. I need to catch a flight in a couple days and fear for my sanity.

We had a wonderful experience at Domina Zagarella Sicily! We were there with a large family group for a wedding and the staff was very welcoming, helpful and pleasant. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with every amentity you might need and very comfortable beds and an abundance of great pillows. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. The 3 swimming areas - upper pool, lower salt water pool and seaside area - are beautiful with lots of chairs, towels, bar and cafe options. There are multiple stairs to access these areas and I was happy to discover they offered golf cart rides for us older folks! This truly is a great value for the reasonable price!

Such a disappointing hotel. They are clearly going down the timeshare route, if you aren’t a D class customer they aren’t interested. We struggled to get drinks at the bar, at one point I was told they were too busy, there was no one there. The entertainment is basic, the singing terrible although the dancers were good. The noise at night was crazy, as we were right by the stage it meant it was hard to sleep. The sunbeds were in short supply and we are not allowed D class beds but they can take ours. When queuing or needing anything a D class customer gets priority. I think the hotel needs to decide if it’s a timeshare or a hotel.
