We had booked this hotel with 2 queen size bedrooms for 10th to 11th and 11th to 12th February. We booked it for 2 senior citizen couples. We checked into hotel late by 11:00 pm on 10th February for some travel reasons. While travelling to Solapur from Mumbai, dealing with lots of Network issues, we couldn't reach out on hotels contact details. So, we informed MMT team about this late checkin by calling them. MMT team was so helpful. But, When we check in late, hotel staff were told us that, they strickly follow their 24hrs policy and terms. Which says as per their hotel 24hrs policy and terms, we had checkin at 11:00 pm late in night, so they will give us water bottles, towels and other stuffs after 11:00 pm next day. on 11th February, when we came back to hotel in evening by 5:00 pm after completing our sightseeing, we personally went on reception and asked them to please provide us today's water bottles, towels and other stuffs. But as per their so called policy and terms they refused to give us (as per 24hrs policy). So, ilwe tried convence the hotel team in politely that we understand your terms and policy and give us all those things and add it to our next day. And they refused it again and again. We checkout early morning on 12th February by 5:00 AM. They didn't even bother to provide those stuffs. Hotels all staff and managers have so rude behaviour. They don't even help senior citizen with there luggage. They don't have any intercom family in there hotel. They keep saying it's under maintenance. There rooms are also not clean atall. Every room bedsheet was smelling bad.
HIGHLY NOT GOING TO RECOMMEND ANYONE!
