Only good thing about this hotel was it's location which was close to railway station. Our room was on 3rd floor and no lift facility was there, even porter service was not available to get our luggage to 3rd floor. Ac rooms were not as similar they showed. Though wash room was clean but very unbearable smell was spreading in the entire room after opening the washroom door. Toilet papers were not provided even after asking. No 24 hours hot water supply, hot water comes only in the morning for 2-3 hours. We were charged extra for one extra bed at the time of booking. But the attendant said they don't offer extra bed and we need to use foam mattress which is actually used for their sofas. Also they didn't provide proper blanket for the third person. It was a very bad experience after paying so much amount.

I booked 2 rooms with my family including 1 year little baby, there was small insects in room, room was not good, no water given by hotel, i have payed 1200 rs extra for ac my family requested to me do not book such type hotel in next time

Everything from check in to check out was smooth and easy. Room was good, looked clean and hygienic. Washrooms were nice though the Auto off seemed strange and the key holder was very loose due to which power was fluctuating. Room 102, AC Premium. the restaurant food taste wise was great but felt they must increase quantity for the price offered.
