Beautiful hotel, with wonderful staff and views, they really made new years feel special. Miguel and the restaurant staff are exceptional as are the all the bar staff. We will return. My only, minor complaint is that the room that we had needs more storage space and can be a little noisy due to its location over the main street

Excellent hôtel with al excellent View the staff are muy Kind and helpful from the réception till the restaurant I want to thank Erika for her yummy pancake ,julietta for her service and kindness and Christian for the natural juices so healthy We enjoyed the hotel so much and sure we will come back the room are amazing The only thing I didn’t like the cleaning service I had to complain to do their job properly

Great location. Nice room and comfortable beds. Very warm, but luckily the heater could be adjusted. Just odd that the housekeeping did not refill the coffee pods. Food was great both at breakfast and dinners. Erika made great omelets etc. to order. Plenty of choices, although we had hoped there to have been more fresh fruit for breakfast. They had better selection for dinner, but we would have preferred it to be the other way around.

We stayed in Soldeu as a party of 6 in Feb. Although we didn’t stay at the hotel, the purpose of this review is to highlight the excellent terrace to the rear of the hotel overlooking the slopes. This was perfect for lunch with great, fresh, well priced food. Try the Foccacia or Pizza. Tapas also available. Drinks also super cheap. Beer €4 and wine €3.70. Comfy seats, chilled vibe, great service and lovely atmosphere with an outstanding view. Heaters, fire pits and blankets in the cold weather were also available. One of our party was injured on the first day of skiing which resulted in her camping out here for the week which was perfect. Highly recommend.

Hotel Piolets is amazing. We had a triple room with balcony facing the slopes. Room was large and well appointed. The staff at this hotel are beyond fantastic. Every need is met with kindness and professionalism. The spa is super and well deserved after a days skiing. It isn’t busy in the spa and you can swim on the pool watching the gondala go up and down and the black run skiers race down. Lovely jacuzzi and steam room. Food at breakfast and dinner superb. The waiting staff very attentive and the chefs really care about their food and the guests. The lounge is big and airy and the balcony looks into the slopes. Fires keep you warm in the evening. Prices for drinks are very reasonable. Not noisy at night. Locker room easy to access and 5 mins walk to the Gondala station.

First class service from the wonderful staff at The Piolets. From reception to the attentive bar staff, the housekeeping and restaurant staff, they all have professional, courteous and patient service. Miguel, thank you for the great breakfast service…brilliant. The hotel is ideally placed for the slopes, with access via gondola or chair lift just 2 minutes away. The bar and terrace have superb views of the slopes, and perfect area in which to unwind and retell the stories of the days skiing. Food is first class, plentiful and with f lights choice to keep everyone happy. Prices for drinks and additional foods are reasonable, certainly less expensive than other European ski resorts. Had a wonderful stay at Piolets Hotel. Absolutely amazing staff. On hand but not overbearing. Bar staff, cleaners, restaurant staff all so wonderful. Hotel is very well located for gondola and ski hire. Fantastic views from terrace and lounge with fires on in the evening. Check in and out was so smooth. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Great variety of food on offer at breakfast and dinner. All very fresh. Would highly recommend.
